Mario brothers mexican — Restaurant in Brazil

Had my first negative experience here. The individual I'm never that thrilled to have wait my table because of how many issues there seems to be when it's just me stated he brought me two beverages. Everyone knew I had one and I knew I had one. That same individual accused me like I was trying to steal. From now on I will come in ask for a table. If that individual is there I'll get up and leave. No reason for this whatsoever. They have two other staff who are very hard working and they step up when people become irritated by the negative individual. I've been a customer here for years. I've brought others in and I've never talked negative.... but right is right, and wrong is wrong. If you need additional money for your own mistake say that but you can't accuse me of having more than I did as far as food or beverages. Hoping things improve well and the good waiter and waitress can move on up! Customer service should always be number one. I've managed a restaurant, I've been close to the Individual who assisted in managing and building Mario's restaurants up. I know he's not been involved here so much for a good while but... this would never be allowed. I will not let the others suffer due to one easily replaceable employees actions. I would like to tell you who you should ask for for a waiter or a waitress because they are the ones that save the day there often when the other messes the orders up or doesn't even attend the tables. That individual has also the one who lied today to the poor owner or some long-term help that has always worked the cash register and has always been very friendly. The people I would suggest to wait your tables names are Jose and Kathy alone with the lady working the cash register named Margarita. Those three are wonderful employees and have excellent customer service. I believe they are honest. I believe they care about the customers that come into the building if not, they wouldn't put force so much effort to fix the other individuals...
