Had a pedicure and had my fingernails painted they were my own fingernails I paid $15 for the nail painting of my fingernails and gave her a $20 tip and the paint started chipping off that Saturday that I had it done in the afternoon by Tuesday only half of my nails were painted it had chipped off half of each nail. I went back in on Wednesday because they weren't open on Tuesday and I asked them if I could have a touch up on my fingernails because of the chipping away and they said no that was normal because I didn't use gel polish. I never get to do anything for myself because I don't like spending money on myself, but needed my toes done and it's hard for me to do myself because my big toes are thicker from diabetes. I made appointments for my daughter and I to get full set of nails each for today. I called 9 days in advance as I know how quick the spots fill up on the weekend. Showed up a little early since the roads are gross only to be told we had NO appointments. I showed them the time and date of my call as well as the duration of the call. Told me I could get one done possibly if we waited an hour past our appointment time....
