KFC — Restaurant in Brazil

I would just like to start off by saying that I wish this KFC would of been better. When I say that I mean I wish they were much better. I walked into KFC today around 6:50 PM to grab myself a small dinner as I was not that hungry so I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip box. Once I received my box the food looked great and I had received everything that I ordered while at the counter. Once I went to go and grab my drink is when I noticed my first problem... The drink counter was extremely sticky which caused the bottom of my cup to be sticky for the rest of the time I was there at KFC, Once I sat down to start eating my food I started to hear some yelling from the back area which was not able to be seen by the public and once the yelling started I saw an employee turn around the corner to see if anyone was looking. Once everyone stopped yelling I started to eat my food to which I was disappointment in right away because it felt like I was eating a plain chicken strip and nothing else. THERE WAS NO SEASONING ON MY CHICKEN. Once I was eating on my chicken I started to notice that something was hard and so I looked and noticed that my chicken was still pink in the middle and not fully cooked. Which all of my chicken strips were the same way. After I was done with the chicken strips I moved over to my sides which was mac and cheese and mashed potatoes to which the mashed potatoes were extremely runny and it honestly looked like I was eating oatmeal and then the mac and cheese tasted like it had been sitting out and was only lukewarm. I am very sad that this KFC has went to shame and it would be nice if they turned it around and possibly lowered their prices like really we all live...

Absolutely disgraceful. I wouldn't bother coming here. There is no chicken and no biscuits. The cashier can't see and the female manager with no teeth is sitting in the corner on the phone. After waiting for chicken, they tell us another 13 minutes for biscuits. A man walked in who had just been in the drive thru with his dinner box and I said to him, sir, if you are coming back in because you didn't get your biscuit, it's going to be 13 minutes, you may as well come have a seat at the table with us. I asked him what was wrong with his order and he said he didn't get his biscuit and joined us! We have been here 30 minutes at this point and they said they have been hit hard. No one is dining inside and there were 2 customers in here besides us and we are all waiting. I used to run both corporate and franchise stores and this one doesn't meet the standards in any capacity. They are giving the drive thru the food over the inside customers. Got home with chicken and we had enough feathers on our 12 piece to make an Indian headdress. Our total wait time was 41 minutes. When we left the store, there were no cars in the drive thru and the toothless manager followed us out to smoke. I...

Ordered online delivery. Dasher calls and told me kfc said they were out of fries so I subbed. That wasn’t a problem at the time. Then I got my order. I ordered 8 pc extra crispy family fill up with 8 pc tenders. Sauces 2 honey bbq and 2 sticky chicky sauces with extra side of fries. I subbed fries for mashed potatoes/gravy and mac n cheese. When meal came it was all original recipe and I had no sauces. I called the store and spoke to manager Amber to tell her about the mistakes. She informed me that they were NOT out of fries but they were not cooking them today. She proceeded to let me know that it was hot and they were not turning on more than 1 fryer. I said well maybe then you should let the customer know before you take the order. The manager then HUNG UP on me. I attempted to call back and they refused to answer the phone. I spent almost $75 on this food and failed to get even close to what I ordered. I WILL NOT order again and I will let everyone I know to...
