First of all the sales person in the store was down to earth very sweet and professional and I need to point that out because the delivery men were were very respectful to me my home and my dog!!! One of them even refused a refreshment I offered the two of them saying that he had something to drink in the truck and didn’t need anything and he was half my age and I guess didn’t need or want anything from me which I already felt bad because i didn’t have any ex cash for tipping even though the prices for my purchase were very reasonable I needed the furniture for my first home home in this town I love to call home and I’m looking forward to purchasing more items from there store because without any exaggeration I was treated like a Long time customer and this was my first purchase at their place of business it’s really something in this day and age when you get treated damn near like family and a Long time customer while the whole time I was a first time customer even with the savings and selection you honestly just can’t beat the experience shopping at honest Abe’s furniture store and the only question I have is rent a center …. who!!?? It was so easy I walked in there I seen the refrigerator I wanted and of course Lizzy was showing me too and it was just a very nice slow process like I like I'm an older lady and she was just fine with me I know I talk a lot cuz I don't have no way to talk at home but my doggies but she didn't care she's kept on talking with me so to speak of Lizzy she was just a wonderful beautiful person. And as far as the people that brought it they are great they were so wonderful I just loved him they both did exactly what they supposed to do and they did it and they were in and out faster than I thought they would be because we put a bigger refrigerator in so thank you American rental for being there when I needed you. And I also definitely need a refrigerator because mine went out yesterday on Sunday and they delivered it on Monday that was so easy again I love you American rental You're the best...

Well, I love my appliances but, the manager there is the most rude person I’ve have had to deal with. Very snooty. So my last payment I paid everything like I normally do but this payment I asked to pay a part of it bc Christmas just passed and I’m okay catch up with bills like a lot of pple around this time of year not to mention I was out of work sick last week so my check was also short. During this phone conversation with this lady we had discussed about me making my next payment of all of it on the 12th then I get a txt today about making a payment today by seven even tho we had already talked about it being on the 12th. I’m so over this lady I’ve dealt with. Now the other lady is a sweetheart and I’m not talking about anyone else that works there but the manager needs to get off...
