Boba Boba Brea — Restaurant in Brea

We’ve had the Thai tea, Thai tea with egg pudding, vanilla latte and the ultimate mocha frap. All good but the current favorites are the vanilla latte and the Thai tea with egg pudding which is my bias. The atmosphere is pretty quiet, chill, with places to sit and hang out. There’s two tables with two chairs each, a bar with 2-4 stools, and another 2-4 stools in the waiting area. There’s also a little shop with pens, scents, and other trinkets which is pretty cute. Haven’t tried the snacks except for the Belgian waffle which was pretty good. Also had the chocolate mousse which was amaaaazing. Recommend. I don’t believe there’s a bathroom. The menu is a little non specific about which drinks have dairy but the owner is always there and he’s super helpful about anything you have...

Try this place yesterday for the first time and it was really great. The Boba was so fresh and had the perfect chewy consistency. It also had a very nice sweetness to it. I find that it is hard nowadays to find a drink shot that makes a very good boba. I ordered three drinks: 1 lychee slushie, one honeydew smoothie, and one mango smoothie. I was pleasantly surprised that the lychee slushie had actual lychee bits in it. It was so delicious and refreshing. The Honeydew smoothie was divine. I love honeydew flavor and the Smoothie really had a nice Bold Flavor to it. The mango smoothie was a hit because how can you go wrong with a mango smoothie. We stopped by to check out this new place. The boba is fresh, the tea was tasty, no complaints. I always ask for sugar free options and the only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because there are only 2 teas that can be made 100% sugar free (the tea itself). Me and my husband got sugar free teas and they were good. All the fruit teas come with sugar. Although I enjoyed the tea, I would not be coming frequently to this place because it’s not much to choose from for me. But I’ll probably come back again at some point.
