Poki Monster — Restaurant in Brea

👏 I have to say that this location is pretty good. There is a large amount of poki or raw fish bowls that are popping up everywhere and this leave me scratching my head as to where I should go??. So far my top place is Poke Dot and now this location. The problem with most poki or poke places is that the size and amount of proteins are just to small. PRO TIP!!: Check the size of the bowl before you even buy or "try the place." You should be able to select from at least 5 proteins for a large size and 3 for a small/ regular. PRO TIP:!! if they only do 3 proteins for the large GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!. Lucky for me this location has 5 proteins for the $11.99 THATS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT 🔥. The fish fresh Ness was decent. I live about an hour and a half away from this location . I was on a road trip and stopped in just to see if they had a restroom and ended up getting food. The girl (I think her name was Krysta ? I'm sorry I wish I could remember)working the night shift on Saturday 10/25/25 was so kind and so helpful . I had never had a poki bowl before and she helped me pick out my food choices with a colossal amount of patience . It was so delicious and I have been craving it ever since I got home. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be coming in to place...

Staff was really nice, but the cuts of the ingredients were chunky or not separated. Onion slices were still stuck attached to the base, and chunks of salmon were still strung together. Still delicious, consistency was just subpar. Probably because I went on a Sunday night when pickings were slim. Their sauces are really good. And I will still go again for sure, but if the quality I order next time is the same as I got, won't be...
