I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant.

I ordered yellowtail, but albacore was served instead. I pointed this out to the server and asked, “Is this yellowtail?” The server simply responded with “I am not sure” and walked away without offering any clarification or resolution.

I then called another server, explained that I had ordered yellowtail, and they responded with “Maybe the yellowtail is missing.” However, they too left without addressing the issue directly.

Eventually, someone brought out the yellowtail nigiri, but this was after we had already finished our meal. Even at that point, there was no acknowledgment of the mistake or an apology for the inconvenience caused.

Additionally, throughout our meal, no servers checked on us, even though the restaurant was not busy and there appeared to be plenty of staff available. It wasn’t until I signaled for assistance to request a box that anyone came to our table.

This experience fell far below my expectations, both in terms of service and the handling of a simple order mistake. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues with your team to ensure better service for future customers.

Came here on a Friday afternoon and it was packed with people! Saw on Instagram that this place sources and has fish flown in from Japan weekly and I find that true!! Their quality here is amazing and really reminds me of the fish I had in Japan, specifically their bluefin tuna dish.

Here are dishes I recommend ordering: Kumamoto Oysters (small oysters, so fresh, with the lemon it had such a crisp taste) Blue Fin Tuna lover (amazing, melts in your mouth, different cuts ranging from lean to fatty) Wagyu Nigiri ($19.99 comes with two pieces) such a good deal imo comes with uni and caviar on top and they are generous with the serving size.
