I’ve tried to come here multiple times and I get the same thing every time but somehow the price is different? I’m so confused and the first time I got my drink I ordered a “splash” of oat milk but was charged a dollar😆 I seriously get 3 shots over ice with a splash of oat milk and a sugar in the raw, how hard is that? It’s 3.95 for my order at Starbucks but almost 5 dollars here? Also it’s either 5 dollars, 4.95, 4.35, or 4.00 it’s always changing I don’t get it??? They also charge me for an Americano and today just set me off I got the same thing I usually do and she gave me the most sugary drink ever ! I walked inside to order a drink and the young guy named Andrew and some older man, possibly the manager, we’re laughing up a storm and didn’t even notice me come in. The young blonde girl was nice and quickly took my order. in the kitchen kept giving Andrew was busy still taking drive thru orders and handing them out the window. 20 minutes had now gone by and still my drink was not given to me. I happened to notice that there was a drink on the counter by the drive thru window that had been sitting there for the past 10 minutes. Finally I walked up to the counter again and asked about my drink. Andrew then said, “ohhhhh! Read moreBeen a coffee bean lover forever, Sadly I have to rate a one star because of how bad lady manager handled the situation, they charged my card twice and when I went back to ask for refund I pulled out my phone to show her the double charge and she didn't even bother looking at it, she just said "Ohh sometimes that happens it's not our fault, you should get your refund 10-15 days" was very rude about it and when I asked if I can get the refund fixed at store she said no and said to call coffee leaf number. A whole two months went by and never got a refund. I've been to other branches and they always fix overcharges, or when they mess up your drink.
