This is the strangest thing that’s ever happened to me at a Starbucks. I ordered a venti Pike. The cashier said they were out so I ordered whatever black coffee they had available. As she is charging me, her coworker (I think the lead or manager) corrects her and tells her they do have pike. Okay. Yay. All is good. I pay. When my name is called I noticed I got a grande and not a venti. On a Monday after a 4 hour meeting, it matters. So I let the barrista know it should’ve been a venti. Now, it’s okay, we all make mistakes. The cashier apologized because she realized she had entered the size wrong. All good. We all make mistakes. Up to this point everything is fine. In my experience, any Starbucks employee would’ve grabbed a venti cup, poured the coffee and say something along the lines of “have a good day”. Instead, the manager proceeded to show the cashier how to charge the difference. Now, this took idk 10 min because clearly the cashier was new. 10 min of cashier and manager at min wage (I know they get paid more than min wage) equals $5.33, credit card transaction free and Mastercard commissions might have totaled $0.20. Let’s call it $5.50 (not considering the cup and the wasted coffee). It cost Starbucks $5.50 to charge me the extra $0.30 for the venti. Well, $5.50 and a customer. This is the second time I have a bad experience at this Starbucks. It’s unfortunate because it’s so convenient to grab an overpriced black coffee...
Read moreFirst time they messed up my order and then the barista said that I’ll add to it right now and while she was adding to it she dropped the whole drink. And then she just took the same cup and added a more coffee to it. She handed it to us but then there was no ice we asked for ice and then she rudely asked “you need ice?” Yes we do!! This was literally a part of the original order. We asked to change the cup but she said that she changed it but I can still see the splashed on the outside of the cup. I just said okay and walked away. Me and my daughter drank some of it not even a lot! Just one grande size cup. The coffee was very caffeinated. And after a couple mins we felt like we were about to throw up and we felt nauseous. It was caffeine rush...still filling it after few hours. And we know how this drink should taste like because we always get it the same way. So therefore they messed up our order, were rude, didn’t change the cup, no ice, didn’t even make the drink again just gave us the old one, very caffeinated. We feel sick after this! Never coming back. Be careful if you have any medical conditions...these coffee can harm your health!!!! It was April 21...

I didnt say anything else so I wouldn't hold up other people's drink. This is the first time I get such rude service at Starbucks. Definitely not going there again. Only putting 1 star so...
