Blaze Pizza — Restaurant in Brea

I’m currently pregnant and I was craving for some pizza, since I was doing some shopping here I figured I would finally try Blaze Pizza. Don’t get me wrong, the food flavor was pretty good and CR was decent. I just didn’t like how I asked an employee how much was their Caesar salad and he shrugged his shoulders and said: “tbh idk, maybe $5, I have no idea, you can just add it with the meal” which I did, but he seemed very careless and like he didn’t to want to be there, he was not helpful. The croutons that I got on my salad were not crunchy but more so stale and tasted soggy like they were dipped in water, whole point they were disgusting. I love arugula, so I was very excited for their herbivore pizza only to see that most of the arugula that was put on my pizza was yellow which gave it a more bitter old taste. I was also asked if I wanted balsamic glaze on my carnivore pizza which I said yes and I didn’t get any so I had to go back and get some. Had a service worker with his AirPods in during work. He ignored me when I asked six times. Calling his name all the way to the cash register where he was at. Even two feet in front of me he had no regard for me or my presence. He then disappeared for ten minutes into the back only to reappear and ignore me again.

Don’t say open unless you’re open. And if you are going to open, have the workers come in earlier so I don’t have to see him replace the old ice from the day before. At this point it isn’t even his fault he was setting up the whole day by himself.

Dining room was a mess. Staff was very unfriendly and burnt my pizza, I asked for a re-fire and they practically said no to me and told me off, once I finally convinced them to remake it they just made a big scene about it and embarrassed me, once I got my new pizza it was even worse then before, I didn't even bother saying anything because I was so embarrassed.
