Slow service but due to chatty employee who doesn't care to finish her job in a proper timeframe.
For 2 boxes of Togo coffee + an additional drink that's set for 8:03 am pick up time, I arrived at the store at 8:05am, I was told my order are not ready yet but the single cup of coffee is quickly giving to me by the barista and she said another employee is working on my Togo boxes. I simply waited on the left side which I watch the girl pour probably less than a cup of amount of coffee into the box each time , stop and chat to the others, she continually doing her stop and chat that she wasn't even done with 1 box of coffee in 10 mins. At 8ďź15 I started to get impatient and saw her decided to stop again to take order for a customer who just walked in. I finally asked her when is she going to be done because I've been standing here for 10 mins and I'm going to be late for work, she than quickly try to finish the 2nd box and gave me my order at 8ďź19 am. This whole time the other two employees are working at a fairly quick speed for drive through and mobile orders but this girl is only doing my Togo coffee box this whole time but she can't manage to do so without chatting.
Will not return since I know they don't value customer âs time , plus the coffee turned out pretty bad for a light-medium roast that tasted like extra-dark bad brew. Too bad Coffee Bean used to be...

   Read moreI get the same drink almost everyday from this location, but today's service was unusually horrible. First, I ordered and paid for a large drink and they gave me a regular. I let them know and they had a new drink ready for me about 30 seconds later. I drove away and took a sip of my coffee, but it tasted like milk rather than the creamy coffee it usually tastes like. I went back into the drive thru and kindly explained to the same barista that this isn't the drink I usually receive. She took my drink rudely and came back with a speech ready. Instead of apologizing and demonstrating proper customer service she decided to lecture me on getting a different drink next time if I don't like it. I tried to reiterate to her that I get this drink almost everyday and know this isn't what it tastes like, but she walked away from the window without listening. At this point, I was done with her.
