This Michael's was just irritating. So I ordered my items online for Curbside Pick Up to try and avoid the lines and well overall people. Well the 1st thing that goes wrong I arrive and the curbside assign parking spots are all being used by people who apparently don't know how read. Now that may not be completely the stores fault I later realized where they went wrong. Anyway, I went to the assigned curbside pick link, I get a reply that my Curbside was not available at the time. So now I have to get off and go in a line I was trying to avoid. It was only 4 people deep, but none the less frustrating. Finally my time to go into the store comes up and they send me to the restroom area was at, told me to press the red button and someone will be there to help me. When I arrive to said button a couple was there waiting, lady tells me she had been waiting for an hour now and now had come out. Lady gets an associates attention and she goes and looks for guy that suppose to be in charge. Well 40 minutes later I get, what was suppose to be my Curbside Pickup.
The issue is the following. If you are offering a service make sure to stick to it. And if not able to work through it explain to customer why and help the Pick up be easier since they listened to your suggestion to avoid...
Read moreI had a very frustrating experience at this store. I wanted to purchase a frame. I saw it online and that it was half off. I went into the store to look at it. When I got there, it said buy one get one half off. I looked back at the online ad and noticed it did say 50% off but only online. However, I saw that I could purchase it online and do same day pickup. I had one of the cashiers ask the manager if they could match the online price. The manager said no. I asked if I could purchase it online and just pick it up right there with the same day pickup option. The manager still said no because it takes several hours to process. I purchased it online anyways and thought that I would just wait because I wanted to buy it at half off. I leave the store and in less than 25 minutes I get a text saying that my order was ready for pickup. I had barely gotten home and had to go back. I feel that this was all very unnecessary to put a customer through. I would have stayed for a few minutes to wait for my order to be ready instead of making an extra trip. A little more customer service and common sense would have gone a long way and saved me alot of...

There public bathroom is now only for Staff there's 3 bathrooms(one in there breakroom ) 2 in the hallway I Wonder Does Corp now this i beat not. What image are they displaying to the public? To add when I was and leaving there a women with a child ask to use the bath for there child the staff told them to another's store like home depot or northstrom across the parking lot!.
