The menu is slightly confusing, but staff is willing to answer all questions as best they can. Prices are on the high side for Mexican food. An à la carte burrito can reach close to $18.00 if you're not paying attention. Now all that being said, here's the upside. Restaurant is new, clean and very roomy inside. Very pleasant dining experience. There's outdoor seating too! But the most important part is the quality of the food.... Which is top notch! Everything was fresh, prepared well and pleasing to look at. High quality ingredients are the norm, from the chips and all three kinds of salsa to the grilled shrimp being firm with hints of "grill" kissed on their cook. Even the carne asada meat was top tier selection. So if you're a fan of high quality food and Mexican fare and don't mind paying for it, then you need to drop in and grind.

Pretty good fish taco spot. I do remember the fish tacos being way better the last time I was here though. The fish was in small strips which was weird and it just wasn't packed with flavor how I remember. But this is happening with a bunch of restaurants these days. The star of the meal were the shrimp taquitos, omg they were so bomb! My kids got the burrito which looked good and the shrimp tacos which looked better than my fish tacos. Overall it's a pretty tasty place where you can't really go wrong with most choices. I will say prices seem insane these days, it cost $99 for four of us to eat which was each of us getting a dish plus the taquitos and two drinks. Nuts.

The food is clean, the ingredients are fresh, the food is plentiful and very delicious, and the staff are especially friendly. Asada tacos are made with steak, the meat is tender and delicious, and there is a separate seasoning section, so it is very convenient. The outdoor seating is very spacious, so you can bring your dog.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t that great on the customer service side of my visit here. The food is just as delicious as every other location I’ve visited; no problems there!

I had placed a pickup order and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes, which is perfect as my drive there is about that time. I arrive and see plenty of patrons enjoying the delicious food and ambience provided by all Baja Fish Tacos’ locations. I go to wait behind a customer browsing the menu, she doesn’t appear to be ready so I head towards the cashier. 2 employees are standing there waiting, I politely tell them I have a placed a phone pickup order under my name. The male cashier asks the female cashier he’s standing next to to help me, she mutters something to him and he tells her to “just help him because that lady was waiting first..”

Mind you, I’ve not been greeted by anyone since entering or have had anyone acknowledge when I asked for my order.

Also the customer staring at the menu I briefly waited behind, at this point, has left.

So the male cashier asks for my name again... I tell him( still no, “hi how are you” or anything.) and he says ok that’ll be insert price. I make the exchange and he wishes me a good day. By now it’s been a few minutes past the 10 I was told it would take to be ready. But I give them the benefit of being newly opened and busy so I go to get my salsa from the bar.

A few more minutes pass and I’m standing near the counter by some tables waiting for my order. A total of 10 minutes now since arriving and no ones asked what I’m waiting for, no ones called my name or order number... so I decide to finally ask.

Turns out it was waiting on the back counter ready to go, very presumably the moment I walked through the door. I wonder if I hadn’t said anything if I would have ever gotten my food or been checked on.

I understand this is a new location, but these are the most basic of customer service foundations! Also the fact that this all led to me having to wait an unnecessarily long time, not have my food as fresh as it could of been, and delay my family getting there dinner on time, shows the importance of these customer service elements.

Having never had a problem at any other location I’ve visited I’m hoping, again, to chalk this up to being a new store. I certainly hope to see improvements soon, as this kind of lack of customer service can easily and quickly bring a successful...

The first order I did online was wrong. When I picked it up from the restaurant, It looked like a carne asada burrito that I had ordered but when I got home to eat it I saw that it was missing 3 of the 5 ingredients (guacamole, cheese and pico de Gallo) However, after speaking with the manager, Michelle, and going back the next day they made it right. The menu item, carne asada burrito, when prepared properly is delicious. With tax it is a little over $16 but it is a very generous portion. For me it was enough for 2 meals. When I went into the restaurant on Saturday to get the remade item the store was clean and refreshingly cool on a hot hazy day. The employees were very nice. A special thanks to Michelle for completely resolving the problem. She is the manager and I have the feeling she will take steps so that this type of problem doesn't happen in the future. If it is prepared right the first time on my next order I will change review...

First time visiting this restaurant. I have heard good things about it and wanted to give it a shot. I placed my order with the girl and ordered a Baja salad to take to my wife. I asked for shrimp and when she rung it up, I was being charged $25.50 just for the salad. I asked why it was so expensive and she said because I added shrimp. I asked her how much extra was the shrimp and she said that the price was on the board. I said there was no price there and changed it to fish instead. I also asked for her extra dressings which she didn’t give me. When leaving, I asked the manager for the dressings she didn’t put in my order and he said that she didn’t charge me for them. He wanted to charge me $1.20 for the additional two 2 ounce containers. I am not going to run my card for $1.20, that’s rediculous and the girl should have listened to me. Good food, expensive and I won’t be back. First...
