Tonight, Saturday, Aug 21, We got in line at Arby’s at 11:45 pm with about 4 cars in front of us to order. Unfortunately, the line went slow so when we got to ordering, after they took the order of the car in front of us, they refused to take our order. Sorry, closed. It was now 12:01 and they said there was nothing they could do. Really? Then, we were stuck in the drive thru, no way out because there were cars behind us, so we had to wait while they fed everyone in front of us. No one came out to put a cone in the lane for who’s the end of the line, an act which would make it clear who would be served and who was too late. No turning off the sign light, to indicate they were closed, but of course, we were there well before closing, so the light would have been on the whole time we waited, but the employees who refused to serve us at 12:01 am, also served slowly so that a short line took so long to get their food. What a terrible way to treat patrons! I hope Arby’s management looks to who was working so they know which of their poor employees are so lazy as to not serve customers who were obviously waiting for service well prior to closing time! Read morePlaced an order online with a specific time for pickup. When we get there the order wasn't ready which wasn't a big issue because they were short staffed. When we got the order, my gyros was made wrong and the cook immediately corrected the mistake. No issue with that, it happens. Some woman comes out of the office with a poor attitude and stated that there was no mention on the ticket about removing the lettuce and tomato. The online receipt clearly stated No Lettuce and No tomato. She rolled her eyes like it was such an inconvenience to remove the items and when asked if there was additional meat added like requested, she said yes with an attitude. We get home and there was no additional meat. It wasn't like there was a lot of people waiting so we couldn't understand where her stress was coming from. Compared to the other fast food restaurants in the area, Arby's doesn't have that much traffic. Anyway, I won't go to this location again. Here's some advice to the woman with an attitude, if you don't feel like working, call off. With so many other options in the area she should be happy that someone chose to come to her place of employment. Since she's not, we will go to another location...
Read moreI went in there with my son and daughter each had there own money my son oreder first then my daughter they we're not busy at all drive thru had 2 cars and inside 4 custormers my two kids when fiest then the other 2 my daughter receipt said that she place her order at 6:27pm my son had to wait 15min to get his order my daughter's got her order at 6:57pm and that because i went to tell them that what was going on with my daughter order my son was done with his meal he other 2 custormers had left already and the employee who i asked for my daughters order said to me that i had to wait because they were backed up i told him i've been waiting too long all three employees gave me attitude when they were giving me the order they slam the tray on the counter and didn't say nothing and not only the gave me the wrong order and they got more mad and started calling me name on ther headset to each other i use to come to this arbys but no more they losy a loyal...
