I will never go back to this Rainbow Cone location ever again. When it first opened up my Mom and I were excited to try it. When we entered through the front door everyone who was already sitting down went quiet and began staring at us. It made us so uncomfortable! I personally donât like to accuse anyone of racism but after seeing a similar review about it I felt the need to comment on my experience. Before we entered the door it was so many people inside who were laughing and talking as usual. However as soon as we entered the whole place was quiet you could hear a pin drop. Everyone stared at us sitting in silence. You can tell they did not want us there and the same thing went for the employees who worked. We received a junior scoop but no one was willing to make a banana split shake or the oreo shake. After seeing everyone ( white customers) receiving their orders plus 20 minutes of waiting the workers said the internet went down but everyone else received their orde and not us until i complained . Even the other customers noticed and said u were here before us and they ( the customers who noticed )apologized that it happened to us the only black customers in the parlor.
