The WORST no chip manicure I have ever had! First of all, they don't use enough acetone to remove old polish. Therefore using the proper tool (metal scraper) is not possible so they use a file on the entire nail, hence, thinning the nail to almost nothing. Four of my nails broke so low I had to wear Band-Aids. All within one week! From the acetone, which is on a small pad within a sealed foil packet to the polish used seems to be the cheapest product. It wasn't my nail tech's fault, every tech was using the same technique which tells me it's the ownership. Not to mention they charge you to remove old polish if isn't theirs. My tech told me it's not her policy, it's the owners. To sum it up....My nail tech was very nice and only doing her job as she's instructed to do.. The ownership is trying to cut corners, by doing so just ruining customers nails. Think twice before purchasing a groupon to this...

I came in about two weeks ago after calling the same day to make an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and accommodating staff were to get me in the same day. I had a Groupon deal for a partial balayage and was not really sure what to expect but Laurie who did my hair did a great job explaining exactly what she was gonna do and walked me through every step of the way. I LOVE the outcome I got. She used toner to give me the perfect chocolate brown streaks I wanted and gave me a beautiful butterfly cut. Shes definitely good at what she does and the results show it. I have so many people constantly asking where I got my hair dyed and cut because both are so noticeable! I loved that she was so informative about everything she added to my hair and I felt confident the whole time that she knew what she was doing. I seriously love the result even two...

I asked for someone that can correct a bad haircut cut. I made an appointment for next day and the hairdresser assigned complained the whole time of my thin hair. I tried to explain that I was very sick in the past year and that was the result. She was insensitive to that and continued to make fun of my condition Additionally she was really afraid to trim my hair and literally just did a couple of tiny trims and charged me 50. She really didn't seem comfortable with cutting hair or working with my hair to say the least. I looked up the salon and turns out she is a nail tech. They booked a nail tech to correct my lopsided hair cut. Which by the way was still not corrected.
