Im from Texas and Drive Trucks. My company is a few miles up the road. All I've heard is you have to Try Harold's Chicken. So guess what im in the area and OMW. Me and another driver pulls up get thinking we are about to walk in and order but I notice calls lined up. So my thoughts is COVID PROTOCOLS. So we swing back around get in line. Next car up and wonder why this young guy keep looking at Us crazy (smh). So my coworker is like "Man that sign say call your order in". So I call and get back out of line get placed on Hold. The Lady comes back on the line and you can hear the Attitude on her voice. She like 1 ticket per order WHAT DO YALL WANT and hurry up We Busy. Wow!!!!! We order instead of leave at this point. Get back in line to pull back up and the young kid say CASH ONLY ad Walk Off Lock rhe Door and Never came back Out. I promise you I don't care How Good the chicken is I Aint NEVER COMING BACK. This is the Most Hood Customer Services I have Ever Encountered....

I didn’t give 5 stars because 1) they’re cash only. It’s annoying to not be able to use a card. Even if they had an online system where you could order and pay online, it would be more convenient. And 2) I wish the chicken tasted more seasoned. Even when I ask for extra lemon pepper, they’re still very light handed with the seasoning and I can never really taste it, like I can with other Harold’s. 3) They have weird hours, they’re closed on Monday’s and they close at 7 most other days.
But the chicken is always fried perfectly, the mild sauce is amazing and their fries are better than some other Harold’s locations I’ve had. And the people who answer the phone and bring you your food are...
Read moreI was treated terribly yesterday. I kept calling to place a order but they weren’t answering so I went in person to place a order. With their lobby being closed, the young man that delivers the orders to the car completely ignored me when I asked to place a order. He kept walking in and out delivering orders to cars, refusing to acknowledge me or my order. When he finally responded to me, he told me to “wait” and continued to ignore me, even after all the cars where gone. One thing is for sure, as a business owner, I will never treat a customer that way. Especially not a polite one simply trying to patronize the business. This experience will ensure that my money, my families money and any of the people I serve that even speaks about patronizing this establishment, doesn't....
