Burger King — Restaurant in Bremen Township

The staff is friendly. the burgers taste good. The restaurant is clean. i enjoy coming here.

update. I came here three additional time. The service is not consistent, which is hard to say. The first time I came here, I was impressed by the quality of food. The cleanliness of the restaurant. The staff that service me were polite. I order the two for six whopper deal. The whopper were so good. It tasted fresh and delicious. -I rated four stars.

The second time, I order the two for six whopper and two for six chicken sandwich. One spicy and one regular crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich taste way better than the whopper. The chicken sandwich was actually made out of real chicken breast. However, the whopper was made to order, but it tasted plain and left an unsettling aftertaste. -I kept the same four star rating.

The third time, I came I reorder the two for six crispy chicken sandwich deal, to be only disappointed. The chicken wasn't the same as before. It wasn't the chicken breast as before nor really worth the $3 bucks each. It remind me of the chicken patty on the McChicken at Mcdonalds. Not satisfying. - I change it to a three star rating.

The fourth time I came, I order the two for six whopper and it was alright. It was fairly decent. The meat has a grill favor but sometimes when the burger is made sloppy, it doesn't taste good. The taste is ruin. -Kept it at a three star.

Overall, this Burger King is better than most. The restaurant always been clean. A few crumbs here and there but nothing gross. Walk-Ins and drive- thru are fast, if there is a delay;they will tell you. Which is nice. The staff don't greet you, but they aren't rude at the cashier or avoid you. They work at...

This is my 5th time coming here. 1st day it's great.. the last 4 times it was not up to par.

The guest service was great the first time and the past 4 it was constantly rushing when no one was In line. Attitude through the speaker from the order taker. Get to the window. One time I was told it would 10 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwiche. Waited 5 minutes they tell me they are completely out and refunding my order wait for manager. They shut window before I could speak. Waited then told them I would live to order something else. Was told it had to be same price..... Took another 10 to wait for order at window.

This time we go. Order pretty quick but still order person kept rudely asking if that was all I literally ordered 4 things. We pulled up and the car ahead of us was sitting between window 1 &2 and we're like what the heck why is she just sitting there.... After 5 minutes the lady moved up to 2nd window... We soon found out why... After paying and getting drinks the cashier told us to BACK UP and sit between window #1&2. I mean I know it's hot out but backing my car up only blocked the other 2 cars now in line from getting through rather then have us pull to the door and they run it out.

Sad that the first couple weeks open they did good. Now it's all...

Update: I tried this Burger King one more time and my experience was terrible. I only ordered 2 whopper meals. They forgot one Whopper that I never got. I waited at the window for at least 10 minutes, then they asked me to pull around, and I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my incomplete order. They never apologized or did anything to acknowledge their terrible service. I will never go here again. This place must have HORRENDOUSLY INCOMPETENT management. I will be reluctant to ever go to another Burger King anywhere.

This Burger King has terrible service. My experience started when I tried to go to the drive through, and there was a line of cars in front of me. All of them seemed to receive orders. When I finally got up to the order window they said that the restaurant has all of a sudden closed for sanitation. They would not take my order, and I had a T-Mobile deal for a free whopper that I had redeemed to be ready for the order. I told them about the deal that I will lose because there is only a 15 minute window to get the free whopper that I redeemed.
