I purchased two panda bowls from this particular Panda Express earlier today. The people were pleasant, however the food was not!!! I got back into Chicago with the food and realized the bowls were really light in weight. I took a look at my bowl and realized I barely had 1/4 of a serving spoon of my order, chow mein that had nothing in it but noodles. when I contacted the store, the manager invited me to return to COUNTRY CLUB HILLS, with my receipt in-order to return my order and receive new food. she also told me I could take the food to any other panda express and have my order re-done. if I wanted to waste gas and time, I would gladly do this. I recommended to her that she might want to make sure the order is properly completed prior to having a customer pay, leave, get upset, call the back and complain. She did not appear to be bothered by this. I will not return for all of the reasons listed above. They, Panda Express, continues to increase the cost of the food they sale and give less of a serving. Not worth the time or effort. I am done with Panda express and will tell anyone that may ask me to stop and purchase...

Yesterday was the last straw my mother ordered 6 meals off of Uber eats and we only got 4 complete meals half of the 5 th meal and the 6th meal was completely missing. My mother called back up there and I was right there the whole time the manager did not seem concerned at all. Even went as far to Insinuate that my mother was not telling the truth. After she checked with her staff she came back to the phone and said you picking up today. Excuse me how about say I am sorry. Now let’s fast forward I go to pick up the food. The little girl on the speaker is beyond rude and tells me to just pull up. I get to the window my food is thrown at me she slams the window and turns her back to me. They gave me my order and I pulled off we start opening our boxes just to see wrong order, we order string beans chicken and healthily stuff like that shown in photos and we got none of that. So we went back around and the lady said I’m sorry I didn’t realize it was a personal order I just gave what we had left. Even if u didn’t have what I order you could told me and even if didn’t think it was a personal order you could have called. We asked for a refund, she said I have have to call the manger tomorrow to get it exchanged I have dietary restrictions so I couldn’t even eat what they gave.
