I just called tonight to place my order for pick up. The lady abruptly answered and cut me off as I was saying I was placing my order saying the location was closed. I asked her "Why are you all answering the phones then?" She began raising her voice saying the location was closed. Then I asked her why they were closed. She RUDELY said "I don't have to tell you that so you have a good day ma'am we're closed. I said was dumbfounded as to why she was raiaing her voice at me and rudely shouted at me. I HOPE THAT CALL WAS RECORDED. Because SHE needs to be SUSPENDED! WHoever was on duty around 9:30 pm tonight. I didn't get ger name because she was raising her voice repeatedly. Had the nerve to say she did nothing wrong when I told her I would be leaving a complaint. If a CUSTOMER asks a location WHY they are doing something opposite of what they NORMALLY do, a CUSTOMER has a right to know! If I call to order a pizza and you tell me your location is closed then the customer has the right to an answer on what happened that you are. All she had to do was say why they were answering calls for orders. Instead she yelled and got louder and louder. Saying she didn't have to tell me anything! There will be OTHER complaints from that lady ,she needs to learn better customer service ettiquette! This location receives a -0 for this HORRIBLE way a customer...
Read moreOrdered 2 pizzas 2 hours ago. Got a text notification an hour ago that my pizza was out for delivery. Called the store to speak with the most unprofessional person ever who stated "Just because you got a text saying it's out for delivery dont mean anything. I just bumped the order off of my screen. I haven't even started on your order yet." I'm like What??? Ma'am! Really! She then says "Since you so unhappy, I can refund you your money back." Wow! I hate this Pizza Hut. I use them because they are in the neighborhood but they need to close their doors asap if they cant handle the customer load. I also was told "We only have one driver." On a Friday night??? Who's fault is that??? I think I'm more upset that she didn't not find the situation a fault on their end and offer a solution like an extra pizza or dessert or something....no, I'm going to argue with the customer, take it personal and lose the business all the way around. Sad part is...she may be the manager. But I will find out. Because this is totally unacceptable...
Read moreI have ordered the big dinner box from here 3 times. The first time I ordered the box, my wings were completely undercooked. The next time I called in after putting my order in online and ask them to cook the wings well done because the previous time the wings weren't cooked fully. The lady on the phone said that they would throw in an extra order of wings because of my last experience. I never got that extra order. The third time I mentioned it again and they said they don't replace orders they only give credit- which they didn't do either. Not to mention while I was waiting for my order the third time I saw an employee touch my wings with her bare hands no gloves. So I asked them to make a fresh one. They did it but at that point the cook as well as the cashier had an attitude. The manager did tell them to give me a soda to compensate.
