Cloverleaf Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Bremerton

Went to celebrate st patricks day and was excited when I found a hidden clover (which gave me 15 free entries in their raffle.) Had a few drinks and some excellent food, then I had to leave for unforeseen circumstances and I asked the barstaff if there was any free swag they could give me since you had to be present for the raffle (which no one told me when they gave me the raffle tickets) they also had me write my name and phone # on the back of each ticket. I suddenly had to leave, The barstaff said no I don't have anything for you and walked away with no apologies or explanation. I was extremely dissaponted and let down and I gave away my raffle tickets to a random person and left angrily 😡 I feel if your gonna have a contest where a person is lucky enough to get raffle tickets for free maybe you should tell people you need to be present when you hand out the tickets and or maybe make it to where you don't need to be present to win. And in cases like mine maybe have an alternative prize for people who cant stay for the raffle. I've always had great experiences here and I will continue to frequent the establishment but it did leave a sour taste...

They close at 11 so we went in at around 10 for a very late dinner. After we sat down we were not greeted until 10:23, and after we had another 9 minute wait for our drinks (2 soft drinks and 2 waters). When our drinks finally came out our waitress left and didn't come back to our table until 10:36 to take our orders.

After we gave her our orders she actually snatched the menus out of our hands!! Then CONTINUED to not check on us or offer refills! Food slowly started coming out over a period of 15 minutes, mine taking the longest. After ordering it took my Jalapeno burger 32 minutes to come out. We had finally gotten all of our food but the fries, tater tots, onion rings, and everything else that was fried was burnt and inedible.

It was underwhelming and not worth the 53$ we spent there overall.

Getting home and realizing that their food made us sick was arguably more enjoyable than sitting down and having to eat it.

I understand wanting to close and having customers makes that difficult but the horrible customer service, paired with some of the worst food we've ever had, makes this restaurant...

Maybe a bad night, not sure, but we ordered from here for take out via Door Dash and were somewhat underwhelmed.

Fish and chips weren't the best, but were alright, I'll attribute this one to the slow DD delivery.

Reuben was okay, could've used more sauerkraut and less Russian dressing, but that's my own taste.

The chicken caesar salad was worse than any salad I've ever had in every way though: was iceberg lettuce when advertised romaine, parmesan cheese tasted more like white cheddar for some reason, dressing had zero flavor and the chicken was dry, flavorless and unseasoned.

Fries were off-tasting (could have been an older batch?), onion rings were decent.

However, the Black and Bleu salad had a good amount of meat and was very good. Best thing of what we ordered.

Definitely would not recommend ordering from Door Dash or some service that's similar, but would possibly be better in store. In the unlikely event we try again before we move, I'd likely try something...
