This use to be my favorite Cannabus shopping destination, but the last few months their product selection as well as their customer service have dropped dramatically! The new bun tenders are not knowledgeable about any of the products, they recommend things that aren't very good, they are just guessing, after you've told them what you'd like they still pick things you did not want! The discount system got all screwed up, they took peoples points away and didn't explain how the new system will work! I made an online order today and was supposed to get 15 percent off my online order of 110 when I got there they raised it to 140 with 15 plus 5 percent off it was still 110 and then didn't want to honor what it said online! The new tall white guys customer service is HORRENDOUS! HE HASNT A CLUE About anything products or prices and hes cheated me more then once and when I bring it up he plays like he doesn't understand! The new black guy isn't much better maybe even worse! All and all i think im going to make clear choice my new destination for 420 because this place is going in the crapper! 2nd EDIT: I amended my rating because I did not know they were still allowing people to have curbside service. Many other places do not offer this anymore, so they stand out for this reason as well as having very good products. I do like their flower especially. I have never had anything I didn't want to smoke here. I don't believe anyone "can't wear a mask" though. That is not a thing. If so, it would be an exceedingly rare medical condition, which if anyone cares to look, doesn't exist. Anyone not wearing one is just not that concerned about people who actually have serious immunity issues. Period.

EDIT: My father has cancer and the employees do not wear masks. They have good flower and I enjoy supporting small businesses, but I need to protect him.

The occasional blog post regarding concerns to the community are useful and tell me the owner is concerned about providing the safest regulated product available. Well to be honest, I use recreational marijuana to relieve otherwise untreatable neurological conditions, and get the most relief from hard 🍬 edibles in the CBD preference...but, I am one in a million and just know that the entire rest of the consumer world goes for highs, sativa, and THC.
