Worst customer service ever! My husband and I went in on Saturday to see about his phone and since the store was completely empty we figured they would have time to talk to us. We were very wrong im not sure if the person who helped us was a manager or not since neither of the 2 men were wearing a name tag however, they looked at it said yep its damaged handed the phone back and pretty much dismissed us. It took me prodding and asking questions just for him to look up the account told me the phone no longer has warranty and again dismissed us. This was very unprofessional they could have given us options on what to do or how to fix it but they were too busy worrying about being left alone. Read moreLimited selection and needs a lot of work on set up. This is an old radio shack and is clearly a work in progress. The biggest problem is that the signs outside still say radio shack. A customer came in looking for radio shack and the guy working, almost annoyed, told him that radio shack closed a month ago. I felt bad for the guy, I mean logic of walking into a store that has all the signs for a store that was open for years and only window signs that day anything about it being sprint, it seems solid. Ultimately Sprint needs to fix the signs, even a temporary banner over the light up signs would be great. And don't be rude when there's confusion because your lack of proper signage. Read moreI've been in this store to have my account info twice in the last few years and both times they told me things were fixed just to have them go back a few months later. Each time this happens I get told I have to go back into the storefront to do the same thing I've already done. I don't think it's the associates themselves doing this, but it reglects poorly on the entire organization and if I have to keep going to the storefront to make changes that aren't going to stay then I may as well just start over with a more efficient provider. Also, they don't open at 10 as advertised on Google, they open at 11, which is also an issue I may bring to the Attorney...
