Los Cabos Grill — Restaurant in Bremerton

We used to be weekly regulars. The food and service is not consistent at all. Their ovens were not coming up to the correct temperature the last two times we came in over the course of 2 weeks and we even brought neighbors with us one of the times and the food was all barely warm?? dangerous temperatures to be serving it as when I pointed it out to the server he laughed and said their ovens have been broken. Such a shame to be dishonest with customers because I always asked to have my food extra hot. We're just not going to come back. Also the man that appears to be the manager was super rude to my husband who is a sweetheart asking about how to sign up for the frequent flyer program at the front. Just don't seem to care about customer service. They do have a few great servers we haven't had the pleasure of having in a while. I will say that they have amazing salsa and there are aspects we will miss when they are on their A-game but I can't keep paying for such inconsistencies. Parking lot is an absolute nightmare at busy times you will be circling forever trying to get a spot. Prices are very fair compared to other restaurants which is what kept us also...

Party of 5. Each got something different One of us got the T-Bone Steak special as a medium rare. It melted in your mouth. It was spectacular. The fries that came with it were nicely seasoned and overall a great meal. The second person got a cheese quesadilla was delicious. The third person got a salad with crispy chicken on top. It was a good salad overall, just an average salad. The fourth person had 2 enchiladas, one shredded beef and one chicken. It was amazing. Meat was cooked beautifully and presentation was great.

The fifth person had the worst experience of the group. The fifth person got 3 tacos. The shells of the tacos were inadequate. Tasted like store bought shells. They were not store bought but tasted like they were. Made the tacos overall a sad experience

Even with the one person having a bad experience. We give this restaurant a 4/5 due to great customer services and most of the meals being delicious.

I've been here a few times but the last couple times I have barely gotten any meat. I just left and you can definitely tell "the boss is in today." If I wanted a macho burrito half filled with rice and beans with a 5 percent serving of chicken I would just Crack open a can of refried beans at home. I understand worrying about penny pinching as an owner... but you went overboard this time, my chili relleno was the size of a jalapeno... this doesn't make me feel good making this review because the first couple times I went to your restaurant it was amazing and the atmosphere was wonderful... I feel like it's my duty to let you know as an owner that it's unacceptable to have this much variance in your quality of dishes. The next time I'm feeling like going for a big burrito I'm just gonna hit up blue agave... I want you to know this so you can do better and maybe in 3 months I can come back and you will actually serve meat in...
