Wendy's — Restaurant in Bremerton

Ordered a DD but no dashers could enter the store due to it being on base. After 3 failed attempt and not being allowed to cancel my order because it was already prepared I went to the store myself to pick it up. Was greeted by a really rude lady yelling for us to use the kiosk. I explained we had a DD order and she ask for the name and I gave it to her then she proceed to have a terrible attitude and asked the initials, my ordered was not prepared or ready. The entire time we were in there she was yelling and being rude to everyone and complaining it was just the two of them(other guy was extremely nice and feel bad he had to deal with her) she kept yelling and having an attitude with everyone who came in and was just a very nasty person over all. This place should not have her there or should NOT accept DD sness they clearly cannot handle them all. She also explained she doesn't make DD until the dasher is in the store. So instead of dealing with all of that I could have canceled my order, got a refund, and ordered from a different place. Terrible store and terrible people...

I eat here almost every day for lunch. I'm that irresponsible person who only remembers to pack a lunch maybe once a week. That said, I think I'm in a pretty good position to comment on the food quality. Where to start? My top two issues - 1. The chicken. Dear Lord, it's bad. At least 50% of the time, it's been sitting under a heat lamp for so long, it's like trying to chew through the rubber sole of a shoe. This is not an exaggeration. It actually turns my stomach, and I've started ordering my salads without it. Which brings me to my second gripe: order accuracy. Don't they have checklists for what comes with what? For the hundredth time, I popped open my salad to find they'd somehow forgotten almost everything but the lettuce. I'm currently picking my way through a depressing bed of lettuce topped with maybe 3 apple slices. Where the hell are the rest of the ingredients?? Yet in the end, I guess I'm a sucker for punishment b/c I know I'll be back. On days like this, I'm stuck with two choices: starvation or...

Edit: Wendy's was the only meal I had yesterday. Beginning at 0400 today, I've been sick. Vomiting and diarrhea. Fun times. Thanks Wendy's!

I'm very disappointed and actually angry that we just spent over 50 dollars for a meal for two people, and it was mostly garbage.

Several items were missing. What remained was blatantly wrong or clearly had been sitting out for hours. The burger was rock hard, dried out and cold. The fries were hard and cold.

We don't go here often but I guarantee this will be our last time.

But the junior sailors don't have many dining options on base. It's a shame that this is one of them and that you can't do better than this. It's obvious you take absolutely no pride in your work. You don't deserve to do...
