I had the pleasure of dining at Melo’s Pizza and Pasta, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed with the ample parking available, which made the beginning of our evening hassle-free.

We decided to start with the BBQ Chicken Salad, and I must say, it was a standout dish. The salad was incredibly fresh, featuring crisp greens and succulent BBQ chicken that was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The combination of flavors was not only refreshing but also satisfyingly hearty.

The service at Melo’s was fast and courteous. Our server was attentive and friendly, ensuring our meal was pleasant and that our needs were met quickly. This level of service made us feel welcomed and valued as customers.

We arrived excited to try this place, but the service was a disaster. Horrible experience! The staff were rude, and it felt like they didn’t care about their customers at all. We sat in, and apparently no staff came to care and tell us properly “excuse me, this is not seating area” it’s our first time to dine on this place. So I went to cashier and she was rudely so loud saying “ FYI this is not the seating area, if you can see, it’s stated, WAIT TO BE SEATED!” Are you dumb not to understand, that possibly we have not read the signage ! We went to different fine dining places, but this place is horrible staff. Called their manager and she was apologetic, however she’s trying to justify that her staff are “ SWEET, and trying to say, they might have 2 jobs with sleepless nights” come on now, seriously????? Her job is easy, my job is far way stressful than she do, but I never ever show to my clients that I’m tired, because I love my job. Had Friday night dinner with my daughter here but I will rethink in the future. They have delicious food that is worth the price but the customer service was just poor. As my daughter and I walk in around 8:15, we notice that they is no wait. We wait to be seated but employees came and went without acknowledging us. There was a young lady at the front who was busy with menus when a second lady joined her and they started talking with their backs to us. Being with my daughter, I didn't want to make a scene but after 10-15 minutes of waiting, I had to call their attention. They seemed a little annoyed I interrupted their chat and asked if we were waiting for a table. Obviously we were and she escorted us to our table. Our waiter was nice but only came to our table once throughout the night. We needed some more bread once our dinner came out but he didn't seem to come our way again until we were done.
