My partner and I visited this store yesterday and had a very disappointing experience. We are new customers to ATT as we currently have our internet through Verizon and have terrible coverage in our area. When we arrived to the store there was 1 employee assisting 1 customer. He greeted us and told us he would be with us shortly. We waited about 10 minutes and then we started to converse about home internet. While the employee was very nice, he seemed to lack basic knowledge of ATT internet plans and wasnāt able to give us a straight answer as to which plan would cover best in our area, what the speeds are, or even how much the monthly charge would be. Long story short we were at the store for about 1.5 hoursā¦. Other customers did come into the store but left after waiting for 5 minutes and after seeing the only employee constantly walking back and forth from assisting us to the back room apparently to speak with his manager about setting up our internet. After almost an hour and 45 minutes the employee told us we were all set to go and the router would be mailed to us (we thought we would get it same day, similar to Verizon). This morning we checked our ATT account we had spent again almost 2 HOURS setting up in the store yesterday with the employee, only to find out the order was never even created! I made the mistake of trying to transfer service for 5 lines over the phone! BEWARE DO NOT CALL! Do yourself a favor and take a trip to the Antioch store. Thank me laterš! The expertise of these ladies was exceptional. We were customers of T-Mobile for 16 years and they DID NOT make it easy to transfer service, but Taliah persevered and took care of us. So all that to say, if you want to experience some superb customer service RUN (donāt walk) to the Antioch store!ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø
6/12/23 Another AWESOME experience ā¤ļø After contacting AT&T customer service and receiving incorrect information, I decided to return the Antioch AT&T store, my āsafe placeā. Joshi & Taliah apologized for the inconvenience and resolved a portion of my concerns, and directed me back to customer service to resolve the other issues. Even though I have to āroll the diceā and pray for a seasoned customer service rep when I call back, I really appreciate the care that they showed me. Joshi even helped me download the AT&T app to my phone which will make it much easier for me to see my account details! Thanks again Joshiā¤ļøšš¾ If you live in the Brentwood/Oakley/Antioch and beyond areas, driving to this particular store will be worth the trip!...

He was able to walk me through the process step by step . He was very kind and patient answering all of my questions to ensure that he was offering me the best option . Building rapport with my mom and I , he was able to help me trust that I was making the right decision by starting fresh with a new phone number . Unlike past experiences I had before , I felt very comfortable and not rushed through the process . Alongside to assist was his manager Talia , who also provided advice on the different phone plans and which best would fit for the services I was looking for . I am so glad I came into this location and will be recommending others to come in as well . I believe great customer service is very important and Joshi and Talia did just that and beyond .
