I have frequented this restaurant many times and haven’t had any issues until today. My wife and I decided to grab a few burritos for dinner as we have many times before. I approached the counter and the server Ms Esmeralda C. took my order. After ringing me up, I noticed the price wasn’t what it normally would have been so I double checked with the server and sure enough, the order was wrong. I asked for burritos but somehow the server heard tacos. No problem, but I could sense some agitation from the server whom clearly wasn’t paying attention to my request. She corrected the problem before the burritos were made and I paid for the order. Upon looking at my receipt I noticed now the order being placed was for regular burritos and not factory burritos. The ingredients used differ in the two types and I know what I order every single time I come here but when I approached the server with the mistake she became very dismissive and actually said: “ first you said tacos, now your saying burritos” with a major attitude at this point. I didn’t act on her emotions but I responded by telling her she was incorrect in what she heard. By then a senior worker stepped in and assisted with correcting the order at no additional charge. When I got home and set for dinner, the burritos were clearly not what I normally received and the ingredients tasted old. For example the rice was stale, some of the beans were hard and the carne asada tasted burnt. I feel like this was deliberately done by the food preparers in conjunction with what the server dismissed as my fault in the mistaken order. I will not be placing an order here anymore due to this and the business will lose 6 customers from one household in addition to 4 more people in another household. All because a server was not paying attention to a customers order and had the audacity to blame the customer when the error...
Read moreI had gone with family to a similar restaurant, and ordered take out a few times following visit. I thought that I was being taken advantage of but I had to get my Dad what he wanted. Well he myself my picky kid and my own Mom were very happy with the flavor and portions. So I will be back in near future. If only to leave a bigger tip, it is very much deserved and I need to make sure the crew there know they are appreciated. Last but not least. Similar order only larger. Around 30$ less than the low class thieves up the street. I am probably going to inact legal retaliation for overcharging. They have a bar. I will pregame. Sorry lost in flashback. El Taco Factory is an excellent place with delicious food timely service and the kind of gracious behavior one appreciates from the people you give your money to. I was happy to pay for great food and service. All were pleased. The other place is definitely going to remember me. I've decided to go there and go NUTS with friends. Happy...

I get there and wait another twenty five minutes. These folks where looking so confused and the shell to the tacos where over cooked almost burned with cold meat and the quesadilla was cold and half done. My girls tacos was soggy and fell apart. I didn't know anybody in place, they all look new. I'm not sure, if I will be going back. Then they forgot other items I ordered. Last, I told casher I want two bags of chips no problem.
