Neko Sushi — Restaurant in Brentwood

It’s a small restaurant, maybe 12 tables, more or less. It is located in a shopping center so no need to worry about parking.

Food: The food was good: I had the Tuna Poki Salad. I've never had poke (Poki) salad served the way they did it. It looks like Tuna on a bed of cucumbers, seaweed, and special sauce topped with rice noodle. Didn't have any other veggies. I actually liked it a lot but not the rice noodle on top. There was a good amount of tuna in that salad. Which was very much a plus, plus, plus!

Also ordered the California Salad, veggie tempura (standard), soft shell crab, and salmon belly. The salmon belly was a beautiful piece of thick cut salmon (a little too slimy for my palate) but some might enjoy it though.

Service: it took a minute to scan the QR code for the menu and it never came up. And no we were not the only ones having trouble. They might want to invest in wifi. They have a menu book so good on them. But the menu does not show the prices. So we ordered blindly :). We didn't know the prices of the items we ordered :(.

There was only one person working the front (she was the host and server/waitress). It may be a small place but she needs help. Because they also have online or phone orders to be picked up and she's...

I had an amazing lunch at Neko Sushi in Brentwood! I ordered the lunch bento meal, and it was absolutely excellent. The portion was generous, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The miso soup was rich and comforting, the salad was crisp with a tasty dressing, and the steamed rice was perfectly cooked. The teriyaki salmon was tender and had just the right amount of sweetness, the California roll was fresh and well-made, and the pork katsu was crispy and delicious. Every bite was fantastic!

The service was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend for sushi and...

DOOR DASHED FOOD.....HORRIBLE!!!

WILL NOT ORDER HERE EVER AGAIN!!!! I ORDERED THE PHILADELPHIA ROLL THAT WAS NOT A ROLL. DIDNT EVEN HAVE RICE. I ORDERED A NEW YORK ROLL......AGAIN NO RICE AND WASNT EVEN A ROLL. I ORDERED 6 GYOZA THAT WAS DRIPPING OIL AND FROZEN FROM THE STORE. THE MISO SOUP WAS OK'ish. That cost me over $35 without dasher fees......then I ordered a Titantic and ramen for someone else. The roll was an actual roll but the Ramen was horrible. I SPENT OVER $80 FOR NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. ID LOVE TO GET MY MONEY BACK. WILL NOT ORDER HERE AGAIN.
