Just want to let you know that the Mattress was delivered this morning on time . I will give them a 10 plus . Rafael and Luis Thy both were very polit and very efficient. They set it up very quickly. They both took of they shoes as they got into our house and put on slippers . It’s hard to find people like that . They care about there Service to your Customer . After I washed the sheets and put them on our bed . After that was done I noticed one pillow case was missing . So I called the Mattress Firm store Antioch store || ( ST ) 502033 At about 1230 on 14.03.2025 The Lady that picked up the phone was NOT very pleasant at all. I explained to her that I’m missing one pillow case ( there was only one pillow case in there ) it should have been 2. she was kind of rude telling me to bring it back to the store and exchange it for another set . So now I have to drive. back over there to exchange it . My husband is on a walker and not to easy to get around . At this point I was a little irritated with her reaction We do not purchase a Mattress all the time and don’t Spend 3000 $ on something . Not everyone has 3000 $ to spend . And stores should be happy to have any Customers at all. Every Business should have sales people that work there to be polite and respectful torts customers. ( especially now a days ) ! Later I talked to our Sales person Angie she was our Sales person. Angie made our purchase in your store very nice, and explained details about the mattresses We where very impressed with Angie. Angie our Salesperson was Exellent . The company should be very happy to have Angie in your store . It was our pleasure to be helped by her, We will give her a 100% satisfaction ! I have told her that one pillow case was missing. She apologized numerous times and a few days later she send me a pillowcase . Again we are impressed with this store . If anyone we no needs a Mattress I suggest your store. Thank you again for the great service we received.

After putting off looking for a new bed for far too long, my boyfriend and I decided to see what Labor Day sales might have to offer us this year. We did some research online and found a mattress we liked at MattressFirm. We headed to MattressFirm located at 5891-B Lone Tree Way, Antioch to see if we could check it out in person. Upon entering the store, we were pleasantly greeted by Kanna P. who welcomed us in and asked what brought us in. We go over the whys and whats, never feeling pressured to go further without really understanding our wants/needs. Unfortunately, the specific mattress we saw online was not available on the showroom floor. Kanna did everything she could to show us comparable mattresses, always revisiting the focus points we discussed earlier. Again, no rushing and no pressure to buy. She was honest with pricing, what they could/could not offer, and didn't try to upsell us to another size or price range. The process was painless and a positive retail experience. The other employees present, Raj and Juan, were also very welcoming and pleasant. They made it a point to speak to myself and my boyfriend with respect and not as another $. I am glad I chose this location as there are 2-3 in my general area and I'm fairly confident we wouldn't have had the same shopping/buying experience at one...

Ordered a cow king sleepy Suda mattress on the 7th of April. It's because it's a cow king I had to wait a week and I was not unexpecting of that. The experience at the store was perfect and nia is a very good. Sales lady very fair and we worked out a price. And what mattress I wanted and pillows and I needed to have my old mattress and box Springs removed and took care of that paid for the mattress and a week later on. The 13th. I was given a notice on my phone. That delivery was on its way and I received the mattress and the pillows during that time period and everything went smoothly and the delivery people were very good. And I would recommend mattress firm to any person who needs a mattress of any size and for fair price. I shopped at some other stores like Mancini's. And 2 others and nobody's price or delivery service. Could get me the mattress or for the price. I wanted so I would recommend mattress...
