If your looking for professional prompt or courtesy, DONT BOTHER!!!! I went in needing laminated pages for work . The clerk said 30 min, so I went browsing the store. 3min before they should have been done she calls me and says she's going to lunch so I'd have to wait another hr! WHAT? I asked if there was anyone else who could do it. She said I'd have to wait. I asked to just get my documents back. She told me I'd still have to wait! I went to the manage who acted annoyingly nonchalant about the whole situation! Walking out I seen an angry man bringing back his copies because they had made bad prints! Sheesh no business sense this place! I took my documents across the street to the UPS store who not only did an amazing job, but with a cheerful attitude, at a lower cost and under the 30 min which the snotty clerk at office...

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received at this Office Depot location. After spending 30 minutes waiting in line at Fed Ex Office down the street to find out it was a 2 hour wait to print out 30 flyers, I called Office Depot and spoke with Lisa. She was very helpful and courteous and got my order completed in 3 minutes. By the time I arrived 10 minutes later, she had my flyers in a bag waiting for me.
