Last Chair Grill and Brews — Restaurant in Brian Head

Good food and 1 great server. The other servers and manager have truly the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Their sign says 1.5 hours max at tables, my husband and family was at a table and our friends were at another. My husband and family left after they paid to go snowboard some more and I ordered my lunch as my friends indeedat the other table. Their table was full or I would have moved with them.. One of the guys servers came by twice to try and take my food away/clear the table in the middle of me eating and then the manager came and said, "OKAY, we need you to move to that table over there! We have people waiting for tables". I explained to her that she could have my food and we were leaving because they already tried to take my food twice . I was only sitting there about a half hour (maybe less!). We tipped the waitress well because she was a sweetheart but the manager and other servers are just rude. We were paying customers too and they were trying to push us out. We had 2 tables and spent quite a bit of money and did not even succeed past an hour at the tables. Just plain rude. Eat at the pizza shop instead. They have great food and beer with excellent service. You would think with one main restaurant and bar in this town they would have better...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Last Chair Grill and Brews, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience! Located conveniently near the slopes, this restaurant is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of skiing or outdoor adventures.

The atmosphere and food is great, our waitress was nice but unfortunately this place needs to take a look at their management. 4 people from our group came in to get a table, I was on the phone with one of them when they arrived and they clarified SEVERAL times that we had 6 other people coming as well. They said this at least 3-4 times. When the rest of the group got there the hostess let them through and everyone sat down and ordered food. The original 4 finished their food and went to make another run down the slope. The manager then approached the remaining 6 of us at least 3 times trying to take our food away. Then we were told (by the manager of the restaurant) that there were people waiting and we needed to leave, with half of our food left. The waitress offered for us to stay but we were so upset by the interaction we just left the rest of our food..... we were planning on coming with a group of 18 for dinner tonight.... NOT ANYMORE! We already made plans at another restaurant because the experience here was atrocious. All of us are customer service professionals on the strip, and this was the worst ethics we’ve ever seen.
