Ridgeview Retreat — Local services in Brian Head

This location rocks! We recently enjoyed an extended family reunion at Ridgeview Retreat, and could not have been happier. There were approximately 1,000 people in our group - give or take - and from what I remember they were mostly children. This cabin has (probably) unlimited sleeping locations. My little family of 8 was in a room called the Bunkhouse, that slept all of us. Comfortably. I have no idea where everyone else slept, there appeared to be unlimited bedrooms. There are bathrooms everywhere, and the "toilet room" is separate from the sinks/shower so the girls can continue to get ready when nature calls for the others. The location is amazing. You literally sit on the ridge, with a view that goes forever. This was my first visit to Brian Head - it was quiet, blissfully cool (in July), just minutes from the amazing Cedar Breaks view points. We spent one day canyoneering, another day hiking and shooting and biking, and the rest just hanging out in the cabin. The kitchen is nicely outfitted with pro-level appliances and has a huge island with tons of room to gather while food prepping and eating. Additionally there are many other areas in the cabin where you can escape the family and get some peace and quiet. The internet is fast as well, so business can be uninterrupted; and unique circular table became the favored hangout for board games, and was always the center of attention. There is a natural gas grill on the porch with a granite workstation next to it, surrounded by picnic tables and chairs and a gas firepit for roasting marshmallows. All in all a huge, well maintained, well stocked, great location - couldn't ask for anything more....

Great place to stay! We had 15 people from the ages of 4 to 70 and this cabin accomodated us very well with room to spare. Plenty of comfy beds and bathrooms to go with. The main living area provided lots of space for family activities or just hanging out and the kitchen, with it's big island, was perfect for preparing and serving meals for our crowd. Lots of cubbard space to store all of the food we brought. And! 2 ovens!! It's a lovely updated cabin with many thoughtful touches and is well stocked for all of your needs. The mud room was spacious and a great place to leave wet clothes and boots and equipment. The owners are very reponsive and kept us up to date with great communication. It's centrally located and an easy drive to whatever it is that you need. We try to get to the snow every year and this cabin has been the best we've stayed in by far. Hoping to...

Awesome cabin with tons of space and so much to do! This was the perfect vacation space for our huge family reunion! There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Tons of beds for sleeping, lots of bathrooms and laundry facilities, huge gathering spaces for meals, talent shows and karaoke. Set up very nicely for younger/smaller kids to play and explore around the cabin and right in the middle of a ton of adventures and lots of outdoor excursions. We will definitely be coming...
