I just moved to brick not to long ago and from what the reviews shows is that this place is very good. My parents ordered first and it was no problem, when my husband and I ordered they got it wrong, I called them and explained this is not what I ordered and the woman rudely said “you already got it , that’s what you ordered” and I respectfully said “ ma’am no this isn’t.” She then told me to next time clarify, so that is exactly what I did this time. I ordered and specifically said what I wanted; the delivery guy was very sweet and fast but I looked and yet again my order was wrong. I called frustrated because this is the second time it happened and I did just as the lady told me too. The man on the other end was nasty and short with me, he said they will send out my order , my husband and I didn’t want it anymore. This place used to be so good, but the quality of food and service has completely declined. They've messed up my order three consecutive times now, with the third time being the final straw. When I went to return my food and request a refund, the staff got completely hostile and defensive towards me. Because I ordered via DoorDash, I had to go through DoorDash for a refund. I was told by the customer service rep that Peking 88 had told them they'd already refunded me, which was entirely untrue. Thankfully, DoorDash refunded me, but that is besides the point. I used to be a regular customer, typically ordering once or twice a month, but after having three orders completely messed up and being treated so rudely by the staff, I will never go back.
