If you are looking for a place for typical diner breakfast, DON'T GO HERE! We went there today with high hopes and got nothing but a big disappointment! First we were greeted by some short nasty old lady that threw our menus on our table, no good morning, no nothing! Then we saw an older gentleman emerging from the bathroom, he turned out to be our waiter. He was nice, however, all we could think about is whether or not if he washed his hands. Anyway we placed our order, my husband got the western omelette and i got 2 eggs and home fries with two OJ's. The OJ came in tiny 4 oz glasses, I did not know they made glasses that small. Imagine the glasses that you get in those small plastic kitchens that little kids play in, and think much smaller! When the food arrived we both looked at each other in horror, it got worse. We tried the home-fries which were nothing but boiled potatoes cut in slices and slightly browned on the grille. No butter! Very Dry! Nothing but boiled potatoes! They had absolutely no flavor, and I mean no flavor! No exaggeration! The eggs were dry and flavorless as well. The western omelette should have been loaded with flavor but it was also dry and tasteless! It was like eating Sheetrock dust and there wasn't enough O.J in that tiny glass to make it go down. The western had microscopic pieces of ham, peppers and onions, but they were unrecognizable without an electron microscope. Anyway very disappointed, hopefully this helps...
Read moreMy wife and I went in yesterday around 3pm for an early dinner, she ordered the open face turkey dinner with chicken noodle soup and I ordered a cheeseburger deluxe (cooked medium) and a side of gravy. Before we knew it, under 10 minutes her turkey dinner was brought to the table. Then roughly 3-5 minutes my food and her soup was dropped off. So instead of bringing over the soup first like any other place does, she's trying to eat both at the same time so they're hot. And now we get to my dish, just a basic cheeseburger and fries cooked medium. If my burger had legs it would have walked away, that's how undercooked it was. So I called over the waitress and showed her, she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language, totally clueless. So she says that's how the chef cooks the burgers here. I had only taken 1 bite of the burger, just by seeing how undercooked it was turned me off to having another burger cooked properly so I just ate my fries. It was taken off my bill, but I left hungry and annoyed. I have been going to this dinner for 25 years and over the last year or 2 the food and service has really gone in the toilet. Even the woman hosting/manager didn't even come over to the table to apologize about the undercooked burger or just to say anything, even when I was in front of her paying. Her only concern was if I was adding a tip on the card. Very very disappointed customer, next time it's going to be the Rainbow...

Today was a special day for our family and the youngest wanted to go to the diner. Unfortunately we went to the wrong one. During the trip the server not only gave us the wrong meals, forgot half of one meal and then argued about it, which we later found out went to another table, mixed up drinks by giving us the wrong refills (not even just mixing it up at the table) but overall she had a poor attitude and didn't come back for over an hour to check on us. When we were asked at the end how it went, my too honest father told her it wasn't great and things were a problem. So now our already argumentative server came to the table to argue with us about how e weren't entitled to the pieces of the meal that she specifically asked about (like the missing sides) and how "she isn't the cook" so the food allergies that were ignored (and served to us) were not her fault.
After this now we HAVE to talk to the manager. At which point, the same server decides to appgressively approach us as we're talking about her and baligerently cut us off while discussing the situation. Nothing was resolved.
Please don't waste your or your...
