Had my phone fixed quickly a few days ago. Upon opening my phone to fix it the employee mentioned my Face ID might not work and that he would fix it if I wanted him to. I said thatâs okay I donât use Face ID. I asked if my front camera would still work, and he assured me it would, that those are 2 different parts. So I was happy and on my way. When I got home and went to use th front camera, it wasnât working. So I took it back because they have a 90 day warranty. The same employee was working that fixed it originally. I kindly reminded him of our conversation about the front camera and he immediately became defensive, stating it wasnât his problem. I never insinuated such, just would like it fixed as I have a warranty and it wasnât fixed in the first place. He began arguing with me that all he fixes is the glass and he would have to charge me to fix it again. Which doesnât make sense because he was willing to fix the Face ID for me had I wanted him to. He continued arguing with me getting louder and more aggressive. Another customer in the store was waiting to be helped but the employee was too busy talking down to me calling me stupid in every way without saying the word. I finally just said okay I will pay for the repair please just fix it and I will be on my way I have no desire to go back and forth. To which he responded âyou donât tell me when to stop talking, matter of fact I will no longer fix this. I do not want to fix your phone. And I will take the glass back and give you a refundâ.( which I never asked for) fed up I said okay please just give me my phone back and a name and number of your manager. His response again was that he does not have to give me anything. Every time I asked for contact information for the manager he refused.
I should have just gone to the mall to get it fixed, this has never happened to me before and I have never been treated or belittled by anyone, never mind a business. This happened yesterday, I waited to calm down to post a review and Iâm still super upset. I paid 120 for a piece of glass I could have ordered and had my brother put in for ten dollars. I brought it to a place to make sure everything was working and to fix my phone. Like the name of the business says.
Reading other reviews I see nothing but great things about the owner, I wish I would have gone in a day the owner was working rather then the rude young man that I encountered. This business is a hidden treasure for repairs. My phones speaker and microphone out of nowhere stopped working. Weirdest thing, the microphone would work for calls but not apps. I saw other people were having this issue.
I decided to give JS phone repair a try because of their reviews and how close they were to my job.
I went to their store after work, was greeted by a friendly person who was more than eager to help me with my issue.
Peter (tech / owner) walked in the door about 15 minutes later and told me he knew what the issue was and could have parts here tomorrow and have me up and running in about 15 minutes once I came back tomorrow. đŽ
I'm thinking there is no way he'll be able to fix this in 15 minutes but he assured me he could. Okay, order the parts.
Next day I come in and give him the phone. I turned around to look outside for a minute. I walk back to the counter and he had my phone apart! đ˛
He exchanged the parts and we tested it and everything was back to normal. Unbelievable! Peter gave me this little đ when he saw he was successful. I'm sure he uses that a lot. Lol.
Would HIGHLY recommend this store for repairs. Also the price was more than fair.

   Read moreThis is going to be long but well worth it. I had my world on my phone, I Put my dog down in October. He was my service dog for 7 amazing years. The videos and photos of him on that phone were worth more than any dollar amount. I had no idea it never sync'd up to the Cloud. Peter did everything he could to get my phone up and running from the serve water damage it had. He worked on my phone for 2 days straight even on Thanksgiving. We were just able to get some of the stuff sync'd to the cloud and saved over 33g of information and photos and videos. Even though Peter felt that he didn't fix the phone he tried to give me my money back and I said Absolutely not. If anyone has an issue with Peters service its a problem with themselves not Peter. This man goes above and beyond for his customers and I couldn't be more grateful for all that he did for me. I wish nothing but the best for Peter and his family, He is a true stand up man. I wish everyone reading this to really value what this man has to offer and don't be like me make sure your important information sync's to the cloud as often as possible.
