Edit: They did finally change the menu to state the charges, but it didn’t matter 6 months ago when that wasn’t the case and they still insisted on charging me the extra, which I can see now says .50 not .75 They didn’t honor it 6 months ago and it’s still a predatory practice to advertise a lower price for bubble tea then add more for the “bubbles”. I still stand by my 1 star review.

My problem here is with the pricing. The sign behind the counter says that the bubble tea come with tapioca or coffee flavored “bubbles” included and that fruit flavors cost .75 extra. When purchased though, they charge you .75 extra no matter what flavor you get. The $5.99 for bubble tea does not include the “bubbles”. After taxes a large is $7.48 if you want it to have tapioca in it. The owner will lie right to your face as well. Please don’t shop here and buy from honest...

Claimed all the tea was decaffeinated at 8 pm. It is now 5 AM and I can confirm the tea definitely has caffeine so thanks for that 👍 service.. can't expect much but I have had way better before today. they didn't even put ice in our drinks too worried about their conversation to be interrupted by customers. The boba stuck together. Dirty cups, dirty "lids" - plastic wrap lids don't even hold the liquid in like they should. Unpleasant experience 1/18. Sucks that this is the only place besides a 45 minute drive to Morgantown for boba. Bubble fish needs to go to Middletown...

I was in on Friday afternoon on February 2nd. The girls were crazy busy. They did a terrific job with everyone. They did have a super mean and rude woman customer that was being very disrespectful to them. They handled it well. The owners of this place need to make sure the girls are praised and rewarded for their hard work and great customer service. I will be back because of the fantastic customer service that the girls displayed. Only other thing I would recommend is to have an owner their on a busy Friday night. Kind of unfair...
