Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Bridgeport

I spent $70 tonight (I bought for a family of 7). When my food came out I was handing it out and realized we were missing 2 MD fries and a chocolate milk. I unfastened my seat belt and was going to go in when the guy who gave it to me walked past us again. I asked him to go because I didn't wanna unbuckle 5 kids over their French fries and a milk. The guy comes out, goes to another car then over to us, hands me fries and says the girl inside swears she put in one of the bags so I couldn't have another. I showed him every single bag and would have let him search my car. What possible reason could I have to lie about not getting a milk....I had already spent $70, just give me a milk.....my 3yr was crying, promise she wouldn't be doing that if she didn't think I forgot her milk when she was hungry and thirsty after having to wait at the dr office. (I know they didn't know this but really how much would it have hurt to give me the milk.)

Its so awesome that we live in a society where you can look 60, try to dress like you're 20, have the mental acuity of a 5 year old, screech like a banshee in front of your employees and still be fortunate enough to have a small successful business in our community. I would venture to say that you were one of the mean girl bullies in high school many eons ago. I would rather bite into a feather in my sandwich, a deep fried feather, than spend another hard earned penny at your establishment. Received a spicy chicken sandwich with a raw bun. When I attempted to ask for a refund over the phone as I didn’t feel safe with their food quality that day, they said they were sorry it wasn’t up to “my standards” and they don’t cook the buns. They asked if I had the chick fil a app and I didn’t and all they could do was say they would make me another sandwich, which I said I didn’t feel comfortable eating and I’m I hung up on them. The bun wasn’t just wet from the inside of the bag, it was raw and doughy feeling. I was also the second person to make this complaint to them today.
