Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Bridgeport

UPDATE: ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING! The absolute BEST Philly Cheesesteaks{& Chicken Cheesesteaks} EVER!! I'm a Philly Chik and hubby is a LI guy and we're always wary when a restaurant claims that they make "true/authentic" Philly or Phillystyle Cheesesteaks. Charley's Cheesesteaks actually SURPRISED us!! Just WISH that when you order thru DD that DD stopped with the added charges..it's quite upsetting when you are told one price and then SURPRISE it's HIGHER!! I will DEFINITELY be taking that up with DD for sure!! Oh BTW..pretty pls allow "notesdirections"..For example I LUV my onions burnt..reminds me of when my Dad cooked Homemade Philly Cheesesteaks, also pls take out the inside of the rolls..this allows your Steak & fixins to be a little more secure in the hoagie roll, tomatoes & mayo are avail on the Chicken CS but not the Original Philly CS..it's definitely worth getting extra steak plus extra steak, cheese, & onions{don't forget adding bacon!}. We've never had just the normal serving size..they say they're "overstuffed" but "ALOT" of places claim that..so we ordered extra..again it's definitely worth adding extra or extraextra..yea yea not healthy but take a bite and a very BIG "Yummy"..For a "chain" restaurant it's a very good surprise..and to be completely honest they're better than our old fav restaurant{dare I say their name..oh why not?} Johnny D's located in Cburg. Sorry JD's..idk what happened but i..we are sadly disappointed with the last phone call when I tried ordering from ya's. And we were faithful customers & supporters of ya's for a VERY long time EVEN when I was snubbed! Anyhoo...ty Charley's!! Update: absolutely...

Charlie’s is and has been a staple of food court dining. Today was no different as my wife and I walked up ready to order our usual. The young woman who took our order, was void of any and all personality and had no sense of customer service. She was rude, and appeared to hate her job. Very dry and when we asked her about condiments, as the condiment bin was empty, she talked down to us as she pointed out the (empty) condiment bin. She then proceeded to grab a handful of packets and throw them into the bin with disgust. When we told McKenzie thank you she walked away without any further acknowledgment..I don’t know what is going on in her personal life maybe she was having a bad day but maybe she should get some retraining on customer service as she works in the...

Such a shame this is my favorite place to eat and the past three time i’ve went there they have gotten my order wrong. Waited 25 min for my small philly cheese steak and side of fries. Then when I got the sub the meat was burnt AND it wasn’t what I wanted. I asked for jalapeño and when I told the guy he threw cold jalapeños all over my box of food and asked if that was enough when usually they cook them in with the meat. Then when I got done eating not even 25-30 min later I got sick everywhere. Another girl I work with are there the same day and we both were puking in the bathroom. The workers were so rude and had no clue what they were doing. something...
