Today I went into the store to get a replacement chain for my great grandmothers necklace. Once I got to the store Jason greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained that the chain had been broken while my great grandmother was in the hospital and that she had passed away last night. Jason showed me the options and even cleaned up the charm for me.
