I was at the Dunkin’ in Bridgeport wv that is on 50 Genesis Blvd, Monday at 8:10AM. All I order was two drinks one for me and one for my friend before I had to go to work. I paid with my card and I walked off and started waiting for my drinks to come out. After I walked off the older lady at the register started ringing up the man who was right behind me. And as I'm waiting for my drinks to come out all of a sudden the older lady working at the register who rung me up rudely interrupted this man she was ringing up and started screaming at me holding my recipt up in the air waving it really hard. I told her to just throw it away and she insisted that I come back up to the register and talk to her so I did, she litterly started going off on me because I didn't check to make sure that my recipt went thru so I could take it and she kept saying “what if you walked off and it didn't go thru and I didn't notice then it would have been on me to pay for it” and I kept telling her that I didn't walk off until I seen that it said approved on the screen before I took my credit card out and I watched my receipt get printed out. (Normally I go to the other Dunkin’ Donuts in Bridgeport that has the drive thru and they always throw my receipts away for me.) Well she still kept going off on me yelling at me, and then the guy who she was ringing up right before she decided to have her mid life crisis, this 45 year old man started yelling at the top of his lungs at her and told her that she was being over dramatic and that she needed to leave me alone and stop harrasing me, I honestly feel like the only reason why she stopped yelling at me was because he ended up stepping in and going off on her… I was so frightened like litterly shaking, and one lady standing in line behind him pointed and told me my drinks were out, I turned around, grabbed my drinks and ran out the door, I could still hear him screaming at her while I was outside. I understand completely that people can have a bad day at work and sometimes it’s hard to keep your cool, but I have been going to Dunkin’ Donuts every day twice a day, once before work and once durning my lunch break, for 3 years straight.. I can definitely say I have been a loyal customer to the Dunkin company and this one incident alone makes me never want to come back to the Dunkin on 50 Genesis Blvd in Bridgeport.. I have tried and tried so much to get ahold of the manager that runs that store but have gotten no answers at all. I want that employee dealt with and fired! I will continue to tell everyone I know to not come to this Dunkin Donuts until I know that this terrible Employee is GONE! From now on I think I’m just going to stick with my regular Dunkin I go to on 20 S Wedge St.. at least their employees are kind to...
Read moreExperiences here, like anywhere, tend to vary although more recently they have all been poor. Like many have stated in their own reviews, I hate to ever post anything negative especially in a time when I know most places are severely short staffed. However, to provide consistently poor service is an issue I would think management would want to address in order to retain customers and stay open
Last Friday, I placed an order for hot tea and three donuts. I placed it on the app and gave plenty of time ( at least 15 minutes) between ordering and arriving at Dunkin’. At the time, there was a bit of a line and one lady in front of me when getting her drink made a comment about it being ridiculous to wait twenty minutes for coffee. Anyway, I found my drink upon arrival, but not the donuts. After looking in the display that had very limited options, I figured they didn’t fill that part of the order because they didn’t have the flavor of donuts I ordered. Honestly, this was no big deal to me I just waited in line to ask for replacements. I stood there for some time with no one bothering to acknowledge me and that is where my frustration with the service lies. There seemed to be at least two people working, but I mostly saw one preparing drinks. I totally understand she was busy and probably overwhelmed but it would have taken a second to acknowledge me standing there and say “ can you please wait a moment” or something similar. So I left without the donuts because I couldn’t wait. When I went to drink my “tea” later, turns out it was coffee which I don’t drink at all. The switching of my tea order to coffee has happened at not only this Dunkin but others as well so that’s on me that I didn’t check before I left.
There was a time probably two or three years ago when this Dunkin seemed to be on it and the service and accuracy of the orders was consistently good. I hope changes can/will be made to make this Dunkin location worth...

We stopped at this location while on a road trip knowing that at other locations it usually takes only about 5 minutes to order and get back on the road. We ordered 2 coffees and a bagel with avocado spread. I asked for a multi grain bagel but was told they only had 2 cinnamon and one sesame bagel left at 9:45AM. So, I ordered the sesame bagel and was given the 2 coffees right away. Long story short, after waiting a long time and not receiving my bagel, I asked about my order and the employee didn't seem to know what I was talking about asking me if there was bacon on it. I again told them it was just a sesame bagel with avocado spread. They finally filled the order after 35 minutes of waiting and we got back on the road. (I received no apology for the wait and the employees were not friendly at all.) I took out my bagel with avocado spread in the car only to find out it was made with a plain bagel, not sesame! And, of course, by this time my coffee was no longer hot. We travel this way often but I will never use this location again. (Just a side note ~ while I was waiting, a door dash employee came in to pick up an online order and he also had to wait a long time. He looked at me several times and shook his head about how long it was taking. At one point, he said to me, "They certainly don't seem very enthusiastic to be here." I completely agree.) In my experience, most Dunkins are not like this, but this one...
