Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Bridgeport

This restaurant is known in my circle of family and friends as the worst option none of us will waste money to go to anymore. I placed an online pickup order for 4:50pm (which was the soonest available pickup time) at 4:08pm. My mom arrived to picked up my order ay 4:33 and let them know she was there. They waited until 4:52 to tell her that one of the sauces we ordered was out a the 4 girls that work there just standing by the cash wrap talking to each other like they have nothing else they are getting paid to do. When she asked why they waited so long to tell her when she was waiting in the pickup area, the girl told her they’re busy. She had been there at that point for 30 minutes and they were not busy and the same 4 girls were sitting around and talking. Only now they were talking poorly about her. She finally got the order and headed home at 5:06. We live 5 min away from the restaurant and the one flavor of wings was slightly warm while the rest of our food was stone cold and gross. My brother and his wife went the day before on a date and said the food was disgusting, the waitress was rude, and the service was awful. Everytime any of us have gone into this establishment there has been 4+ employees in a cluster talking about people in the restaurant like that’s why they’re getting paid. As soon as I walk in, I felt the air change, I knew something was wrong. It was as if I stepped on to a movie set. I didn’t know what it was until I was seated, but i knew something was off. I looked around and realized that there were an absurd amount of TVs for such a small building, and the lighting felt so randomly done. And something about the interior design felt forced as if it weren’t a genuine Buffalo Wild Wings. Almost as if an alien built it. The brick... looks breakable. The yellow walls... toooo yellow. The tables... flipped. The sugar... they were out of it. The ketchup bottle... oddly shaped. AND EVERYTIME my acquaintance and I discussed this odd problem we observed, our server would pop out of nowhere. Service was TOOOOOO good... she even paid our coin change, keep in mind that we had 7 SEPARATE CHECKS! Anyway, back to the tv situation... THERE WERE SOOOO MANY! They were stacked on stack of each other. They workers didn’t even see a problem with this, almost as if they were actors on a set. WHAT IF THEY WERE ALIENS?!? What is going on at this location?!? I just ordered delivery on the app and my order didn't come. I finally called them and they said they stopped taking orders at 930 and I ordered at 11:44 so it was pushed to the next day and that delivery was a new feature that added to the app like I should be grateful that they upgraded. I have not had good experiences anytime I've eaten there. I have been given someone's leftover wings and they were good. I'm changing my review because I was pretty angry the other night. However, my money is still tied up. I'm told my refund will be issued, but the transaction finalized yesterday and I was charged. We will see. I appreciate the response. I don't like reviewing angry, I should not have done that. I'm not accustomed to places being closed and still accepting orders, seems like an easily avoidable problem. I will go up for a meal sometime and try again. I've been several times over the years and it's disappointed every time. People keep telling me how great it is. I'll try again provided this issue...
