Okay I have to say this cause I think it needs to be heard. Fat Angelo's is NOT ready to be in Bridgeport, WV! The company has recently opened and offered a new restaurant to Bridgeport. But that is where the issues start. When I had order the first week of them being opened I expected it to take awhile to receive my food. But I had not expected for a 2 and ahalf hour wait time. That was upsetting to me amd that my food arrived cold. From there I called in to speak about why it took so long and was greeter by some female that was beyond rude to me on the phone amd not helpful. Then I tried again a few weeks later where I was greeted on the phone by who I assume was the same female named Stephane who was okay at the beginning. But after waiting an hour to call and get a time update I was answered with Stephane again who told me that I will have to wait long and not keep calling to get updates! So I decided to go pick my food up. When I got there Stephane was walking towards the front of the store while literally yelling at the employees in the back. I assume she's the manager which I find to be a VERY negative way to run a store. She then greeted me with what's do I need and after telling her that I'm picking up my delivery order she said, "I couldn't wait a little long for my food to be delivered?" I was already at another 2 hours of waiting! This is beyond my wildest belief to see the store ran by such management! I'm sorry but Fat Angelo's of Bridgeport you have FULLY lost my business! I will kindly go somewhere else if this is how your management treats customers and by what I have seen how they also treat the employees! I hope the company reads these and finds out that this is...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I wanted to try this place out because we heard it was good, but we were sadly disappointed. I’m not sure if it was the owner/manager, but he seemed to have an attitude when we went in to order. He also didn’t tell us that it would be a 45 minute wait until after we had ordered our food and paid! I feel like a lot of places notify you if there’s gonna be a long wait time. It’s just the polite thing to do!? It wouldn’t have been a huge issue, but I had worked all day and my boyfriend had just gotten off a 12 hr shift and had to get up early the next morning to work another 12hr shift, so we would’ve not even order if we had known it was going to be such a long wait! On top of that it actually ended up taking about 1.5 hrs to get out food!! Which is absolutely ridiculous!! I went in a couple times just to check on the status of our order and the man at the front was rude every single time and would cut me off in the middle of my sentences. We were honestly about to just ask for a refund and go somewhere else. Since we had been waiting for so long we didn’t even check everything before we left. We honestly just wanted to leave and get home at that point. When we got home we realized that we didn’t even get everything that we had paid for!! To make matters worse the food was honestly not good at all. Both my boyfriend and I were...
Read moreDon’t get me wrong- I LOVE their pizza, but they have a long way to go in their customer service. Don’t bother trying to walk-in and expect to be out of there in less than 30 minutes. I learned my lesson and have placed orders to be picked up at a specific time, but tonight after ordering my pizza at 3:15 PM for a 5:45 pick up, getting there to wait 20 mins in line and then told it would still be another 30 mins until I’d get my order! That would make it a full HOUR after I scheduled my pick up! They have the best pizza in Bridgeport and literally the only place I’ve found in the state with cheeseburger hoagies, but I can’t have my kids waiting for hours for food, no matter how good. I suggest they read up on LEAN methodology to improve their business practices because I promise you every time I come in that building, I see nothing but fed-up people ready to go...
