McDonald's — Restaurant in Bridgeport

FIrst of all . They deserve NO stars. THIS WAS THE ONLY WAY I WAS ABLE TO POST . i NEVER take the time out of my day to write an actual review or in this case COMPLAINT but i am so disgusted with the way that my sister was treated at this establishment that i COULD NOT HOLD MY TONGUE. This by far is the WORST i've been treated. My sister was first served with no common courtesy, discriminated against, publicly humiliated, racially profiled and to top it off, then ASSAULTED. She ordered food and when she simply ask for more napkins THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN ANYWAY she was given attitude and a closed window. When she went inside the establishment to receive napkins for her wet dirty cup, she was greeted by a man THRICE (3x's) her size who told her she could not have any and then he proceeded to splash the sanitary bucket of water on the counter she was standing at! She was called out of her name. She was told that she was on government assistance, that she was ratchet, ghetto trash! He stereotyped, racially profiled and then assaulted her after she reached for napkins. He ripped her jacket and all. This man was a Manager!!!! The police were called and they told my sister that they had been called to that McDonalds 3 times that night! I hope that there is something done to this so called "manager". And i hope that someone can help me in what to do next. I've called the number for complaints and now this. But i wont stop until corporate does something about this "manager". I ordered via mobile app, they had an issue finding my order at first, then they found it. I go to payment window as instructed and the woman told me the charge didn’t go through. That wasn’t true, I checked my bank statement and I was indeed charged. She said no, she needed payment to proceed. Fine, I’ll deal with customer service for that one. Then I receive my order and it isn’t hot. My cheese isn’t melted, it’s practically cold. I ordered no onions and received onions in the box. There is also so much ketchup and mustard on this burger that it’s falling apart. Every other McDonald’s I order this exact menu item prepared this exact way (QPC, extra mustard, no pickle NO onion) and it never turns out like this. My burger is never sloppily falling apart due to condiments. Never. it also appears they added an extra slice of cheese for whatever reason? Didn’t want it, 2 is more than enough, don’t give me an extra slice of cheese if it won’t even be hot….. I have been to this location multiple times, but I will never return here. My burger is always falling apart with sauce at this location, that’s whatever, but I’ve never been charged twice for an order and received such awful...

I go every morning between 3-4 a lot of the times I get they are not open or they are turning over for breakfast. all I go for is coffee and when they are open they don’t even do that right I ask for cream and sugar I get it practically black and no sugar maybe if you hire English speaking people as opposed to non English speaking people we would get better service they act like they can’t count how many creams and how many sugars not that hard let’s get together. Then they have the nerve to get an attitude with you like how dare you request cream and sugar with your coffee. So unprofessional and calling corporate does nothing I’ve had problems in the past and called and never got whatever they were supposed to send in the mail, and obviously this McDonald’s hasn’t changed since my call I feel it’s disgusting how they treat customers.
