NY Family Pizza — Restaurant in Bridgeport

This was my favorite place to order pizza and wings, however last week when I placed an order on Monday Sept 6(labor day) we got sick..I placed an order thru the allhungry system that they use and I wrote them in regards to my order and they said call the restaurant after playing email games not trying to deal with matter because I requested a refund for my family and I getting sick from food. I called the restaurant and the man that answered had a thick accent and I asked him his name and he said I'm the Baker why? I said is that the way you speak to your loyal customer? He was very nasty and snooty. I let him know we got sick from order and I wanted a refund. My gosh when I said thus he really got nasty and started saying things out his mouth I'm not gonna repeat and i said things back. .then he said not my problem, call the owner on Friday and he hung up! I never was so humiliated!!!!! I didn't call back, that was horrible . I never had an issue with this place, one thing I won't do is order anything from that place anymore!!!!!!! Since we couldn't come to a resolution, I will be doing a chargeback. My advice, don't you guys order from this...

Ugh it's first time ordering here and I fully regret trying this.... wasting my money... on this low level of quality.

I ordered Beef Gyro which the meat is severely salty AF, the pita bread was hard and crumbling, and there were big square chunks of feta cheese. I had to keep downing water to eat some of this before trashing it.

I also ordered potatoe skins with broccoli (it's ok even if 2 were clearly burnt, thanks I'm so glad I paid full price for burnt garbage) and the worst grapes leaves I ever tried eating. These things were very gross. The first bit I took I instantly spit it out and tossed the entire thing in the trash.

Idk why so many restaurants in this general area are so low quality and specialize in slop. There's no way I'm ever eating from here again. I cannot begin to imagine what their pizza is like ugh no thanks.

I still need to go out to a quick drive thru cuz I did not expect to have 3 potato skins (the other 2 burnt ones clearly went in the trash) and a handful of bits of a defective gyro for dinner. $36 well wasted.

Ordered and paid over the phone for my order to be delivered to family since I was running late. Family got the food and signed the receipt. Charge was pending on my card for 2-3 days and when it cleared it was the wrong amount. Called store to find out why. The delivery person to put his own tip on reciept. II sai nobody put a tip on the reciept and was told that the tip had the same hand writing and that I had to write the tip because her driver's don't use black pen? I asked to speak to a manager and was told the cashier was the highest. I asked for the owner and was told a simple no. When I said I would call the bank the lady said she didnt care cause I only ordered 2 times. I go in store and order and only had delivery 2 times. She then said her brother (the owner) would call me in 5 days? When I said that was ridiculous, she said he was on vacation and would call the next day, which...
