New York Pizza House — Restaurant in Bridgeport

Always order from NY Pizza Bridgeport location.I believe they are one of the best pizza restaurants in Bridgeport.The pizza crust, the sauce, ingredients, and the price…. it’s great. But far as customer service goes, they need to have someone teach them better customer edification and use it, cause when you sell a great satisfying pizza….. but don’t give a ———- about the people that buy your product…… and you feel that not having some type of understanding, knowledge, and a basic relationship with the community you do business in and can’t even hold a little conversation to reassure the service of the quality and delivery of a great product……… then sooner or later…… one by one…..the community at large will bring their business to those who do…… so that they don’t have to concern themselves with writing reviews of disappointing service…….and bad customer relations……. cause the product…. being so good… so great….. the restaurant employees…… so nice, and respectful…… that the satisfaction of its food…… makes one think…….. of nothing else………but more……..until now………..👎👎👎……on customer service…….don’t worry….it’s not really a complaint…..but an identification of relating to the every day hustle of getting up and making sure your doors stay open…….just learn to open your hearts and ears a little more…… and hear your customers feedback about the hospitality we receive on the phone, from delivery, and or the owners when we have our concerns…… cause i am that business……for 40 years…… I’ve learned myself….. a little kindness goes a long way….a very long way………..maybe….....

I had the worst experience ever i ordered food for a delivery they over charged me and I canceled my order the manager was so rude and disrespectful and told me she was not going to return my money back into my account she processed to say that she was going to throw the food in the trash and that i was going to pay for it anyway told me that I wasn't going to get my money back and too bad for me and I have to deal with it..the nerve of her i told her I was going to call my bank and dispute it she had the nerve to say to me she doesn't care what I do she is not giving me my money back shall I say that she was yelling at me worst...

Place needs to fire the lady that answer phones and deals with people because her alone makes me never want to order again. wish only every delt with the young man that answered the phone. Young man that as amazing and good was always right by the last so horrible I will never order again if it her answering and from looking at all the responses see lotta of people agree the lady answering the phones needs to be fired for a lot of business going to be lost all because of such a rude nasty lady that answer and take the orders and half time get them wrong because she really just that pathetic and can't do...
