McDonald's — Restaurant in Bridgeport

I usually manage to stay away from McDonald's but I got the sudden urge for a #1 (Big Mac combo meal) after watching some videos of Don Gorske. At any rate, I decided to go to the North Ave location with my boyfriend to order a large #1 with no salt fries. I love that the place is clean but I will admit that I do prefer the traditional McDonald's setting to the new monochrome, use a touch screen to order your meal type thing that they have going on now. So, we get there and go to the counter to order and the manager immediately starts rushing us to the kiosk to type in our order on the big screen. His behavior made me feel a little uncomfortable because he didn't really express verbally what we should do (I have used that method once or twice before) but instead he stepped in front of us and keyed in our order like we were too slow for him. It made me feel rushed and a little confused because although he was nice, he was also quite condescending. Besides the fact that their prices have increased and their food is of a low quality (although consistent) I really felt like, "nope, not going back there if I can avoid it." I don't know if race had anything to do with it but they absolutely lose points for bad...

As a customer it's fine. As an ubereats driver it's been a while since I've been this ignored. 28F degrees outside I'm waiting at the window for 5+mins, the order clearly sealed and labeled on the counter. No one comes over. I drive to the speaker, they tell me I don't have to wait I can go to the original window. I wait there another 10 minutes. Again, the order is visible and ready 15 minutes now. As I was writing this, a worker took my order and another man's order. And came to the window. he gave me my order which was just the one bag I had seen there for 15 minutes now Just confirming what I had always known: that this order was done and had been for quite some time. if you get some food delivered from here and it's cold, there's 2 reasons. 1) they have no problem just leaving it out to chill cause they don't wanna come to the window and 2). Less drivers are going to want to come here and wait in the cold for them to actually feel like bringing completed orders to the drivers. The other driver who was waiting with me said "it's always something with this place" and even though I haven't delivered for this McDonald's in over a month i'm inclined to...

Please don't come here- I ordered one Bts meal, with the Cajun and sweet chili sauce along with one strawberry watermelon slushy. First of all the McDonald's chicken nuggets looked deformed- it doesn't even look right anymore and the texture was equivalent to rat skin. Dude and the french fries isn't even good anymore.. the structure is so bad the fries are really soggy and whoever made this needs a fire. The fries don't even stand anymore. I asked for both Cajun and sweet chili sauce and they threw in honey mustard barbecue and one Cajun. one of the barbecue sauces exploded and it looked like whoever made it purposefully made a mess inside of the bag and when they gave it to me they scrunched the bag very hard. This place definitely needs a shut down and I still have the receipt. The drink was fine just over sweet but it's nothing different. Listen if you don't want to work there then just leave like you already know the bts meal is going to be asked for so many times in the drive through don't even dummy. anyways...
