Alright Iâll just start with the service ( clearly Iâm not speaking about everyone that works there ) my experience today 1/15/25 was AWFUL! The girl at the window needs a class on how to speak to customers. She flung the window open âwhat did you haveâ which it wasnât WHAT she said obviously itâs more or less HOW she said it. I was honestly surprised at the tone in her voice. Now for food, we ordered meals and our fry containers were only filled halfway and the fries were soggy. My bigmac looked to be alright but to smell it was absolutely awful, something was very soured which I believe was the sauce because I overlooked the smell thinking maybe itâs just me.. until I took a bit. I have NEVER spit something out so fast. My stomach is STILL turning because of that soured taste!! I refuse to go back that was the worst possible experience with ANY restaurant Iâve ever had. I wouldnât make a big deal if it werenât for the fact that McDonaldâs is why sonâs favorite place to eat ( heâs 6 ) and we spend a lot of money there but not after...
   Read moreTerrible experience Iâve had here, 3 days ago after work around 11:30pm I stopped by to grab some food I havenât eaten in hours, a female manager was getting an attitude with me cause I used my McDonaldâs points to get free food and I watched her at the second window slamming my receipt in my bag and throwing a fit. Now I didnât want to do a review until today after hard work I wanted fries and a tea, the guy told me he couldnât make me fries due to they have to cleanup which I get I understand but just for a hand full of fries wonât be a bad clean up so and itâs their jobs, I end up ordering a cheeseburger and a tea, finally opening my burger to eat it was hard as a rock, cheese wasnât melted, completely covered in ketchup, and cold really cold this place is terrible and needs to have better people and service chick-fil-a is by far better will start getting their food and storing it in the break...

Unable to use the app to order ahead of time for pickup or drive-thru, for using points or discounts associated within the app, and (according to the manager) unable to use it for Uber Eats or Grubhub etc., this presents somewhat of a challenge for customers and an epic failure on part of this franchise. The manager was able (after what looked like a huge effort and some attitude on the side) to place my order and give me a discount greater than what the app would have given, but Iâd MUCH rather the WiFi worked! This should be a priority that the District Manager...
