Awful experience. I tend to be more lenient when someone is new but this kid didn't even TRY and acted and talked like he would literally have rather been on fire than to be there.
My fiance ordered a footlong tuna on Flatbread. This kid proceeds to put exactly one tiny scoop of tuna in the middle of this giant Flatbread and then try to ask what I wanted. My fiance asked if he was planning to give him the rest of his tuna and actually spread it out....and this guy stands here, attempting to smear this tablespoon amount of tuna over the Flatbread. The manager came out and said "no, 4 scoops go on a footling, Ns tou have today it across the flatbread." Really...a 5 year old knows how to make a sandwich.
He gets to mine andI order a footlong turkey on wheat. He proceeds to put exactly 4 slices of turkey. The manager again had to correct him. Ask for pickles and get exactly 4. All the while, he is cutting sandwiches and throwing the knife back in with the clean ones, not changing his gloves while touching the register and money. Sandwich wasn't even cut all the way through.
Sloppy sandwich, lacking in toppings, and he didn't so much as say one word to us.

My sandwich was missing oil & vinegar
My husband’s sandwich was not on the correct bread and did not seem to have cheese on it.
He went back up there and she said she didn’t have Italian herbs and cheese ready when she made his order (this was not communicated when we got our bag) she did add more cheese and re-toast it for him.
He asked her for a side of oil and vinegar 3 times and she never gave it to him. Very dissatisfied we actually come farther out to go to this location but there are usually gentlemen working not sure what’s going on now. She was even visibly frustrated with the man...

I was there on March 15,2022 and I was going to use my 5.99 coupon for a 6 inch sub with a small drink and a bag of chips but then the manager said that I couldn't use my coupon... On the glass it read couldn't use a 7.99 coupon, so then he said 7.39 for just a 6 inch...I told him that I wasn't going to paid that much,so then he said that the sandwich was already made up,so then he said that he would charge me 5.99 for my sandwich...I ask for my receipt and he wouldn't give it to me...
