Terrible customer service. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I drove through on my way to my hotel. The hotel is about three miles away. When I got there and sat down to eat I discovered they gave me the wrong sandwich. I called and they said yes they had discovered that with the person that got mine. I asked to have them deliver me a replacement. The manager came on and said that was too far. Less than five minutes. She did say I could get a free one the next day. I was upset and told her so but no changing her mind. The interesting part is that the reason they got it wrong was one associate there was fussing about the other staying on their cell phone. I sent an email to corporate customer service. They emailed me and said it was a franchise store but they had sent my email on and I would hear back very soon. Fife days and nothing. Read moreI really appreciated that they would deliver a couple mins outside of their delivery range to my job which they have done on many occasions and of course they have gotten tipped nicely. Well today we had a delivery from the manager Jordan and my order was correct but it was suppose to be an unwhich being I can’t eat bread. When I called and stated this I was told that Jordan refuses to correct my order and bring it back that I would have to come pick it up. Not only was it rude it was unreasonable. Read moreI ordered the 8" Tuna Meal and 1/4 into my sandwich and I find that the sandwich is way too salty. I stopped my car after having gone through the drive-thru and enter the store. When I approach the counter I speak to a pleasant but unhelpful employee who i voice my concerns and to my disatisfaction, there was nothing that could be done. No swapping out the sandwich for something more palatable considering I had just paid $12-$13 for a meal or a refund, or something ....anything really. Luckily I have no cardiac conditions or I wouldve been in trouble, but I hope by writing this it will save anyone else from being dissatisfied and feeling cheated by this...
